Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang sangat serius dan berbahaya yang ditimbulkan bagi kesehatan di sebut dengan silent killer dengan pelayanan puskesmas berkaitan dengan kualitas kesehattan penderita hipertensi dalam proses pengobatan berdampak dalam tingkat kepuasan penderita hipertensi dapat membantu menentukan berapa baik pelayanan Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian untuk memenuhi gambaran kepuasan penderita hipertensi dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas pelayanan Puskesmas. Jenis penelitian menggukanan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian di lakukan pada penderita hipertensi di Desa Licin. Jumlah populasi 160 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pursosive sampling yang berjumlah 62 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kepuasan dalam kualitas pelayanan yang diterima untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan . Hasil penelitian menunjukan 58,1% dalam kategori kurang memuaskan, 33,9% dalam kategori memuaskan dan 8,1% dalam kategori memuaskan. Kesimpulan penderita hipertensi di wilayah Desa Licin kurang memuaskan dalam pelayanan Puskesmas Cimalaka dapat mempengaruhi dalam pengobatan penderita hipertensi. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan penderita hipertensi Puskesmas Cimalaka perlu memperbaiki dalam tingkat pelayanan kesehatan. Kata kunci : Kepuasan penderita hipertensi, Puskesmas ABSTRACT Hypertension is a very serious and dangerous disease that poses a threat to health, it is called a silent killer with puskesmas services related to the quality of health of hypertensive patients in the treatment process which has an impact on the level of satisfaction of hypertension sufferers and can help determine how well the puskesmas services are. The aim of the study was to fulfill the description of the satisfaction of hypertension sufferers in utilizing the health center service facilities. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted on hypertension sufferers in Licin Village. The total population is 160 people, with a sampling technique using pursosive sampling, totaling 62 people. Data collection uses satisfaction instruments in the quality of service received to measure service quality. The results showed 58.1% in the unsatisfactory category, 33.9% in the satisfactory category and 8.1% in the satisfactory category. The conclusion is that hypertension sufferers in the Licin Village area are unsatisfactory in the Cimalaka Health Center service which can affect the treatment of hypertension sufferers. To increase patient satisfaction with hypertension Cimalaka Health Center needs to improve the level of health services. Keywords: Satisfaction of hypertension sufferers, Puskesmas
