Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan rendahnya kemampuan TPACK guru ekonomi, hal ini menjadi permasalahan penting karena adanya tuntutan perkembangan zaman yang mengharuskan siswa memiliki kemampuan tingkat tinggi. Sehingga guru yang akan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran harus memiliki kemampuan yang sesuai dengan perkembangannya. Agar tidak terjadi kembali di masa yang akan datang, para calon guru harus dipersiapkan sedini mungkin dengan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan yaitu TPACK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis tingkat TPACK mahasiswa calon guru ekonomi pada komponen TPK, TCK, PCK, dan TPACK. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu mahasiswa PPG Prajabatan Mapel Ekonomi di UPI Bandung dengan jumlah populasi 58 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga anggota seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 58 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (i) gambaran tingkat TPK calon guru ekonomi berada pada kategori baik. (ii) gambaran tingkat TCK calon guru ekonomi berada pada kategori cukup. (iii) gambaran tingkat PCK calon guru ekonomi berada pada kategori cukup. (iv) gambaran tingkat TPACK calon guru ekonomi berada pada kategori cukup. This research is based on the problem of the low TPACK ability of economics teachers, this is an important problem because of the demands of the times that require students to have high-level abilities. So that teachers who will carry out the learning process must have abilities that are in accordance with their development. In order not to happen again in the future, prospective teachers must be prepared as early as possible with the required abilities, namely TPACK. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the TPACK level of prospective economics teachers on the components of TPK, TCK, PCK, and TPACK. The population in the study were PPG Pre-Service Economics students at UPI Bandung with a population of 58 students, using the total sampling technique so that all members of the population were sampled, namely 58 students. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and using questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed: (i) the description of the TPK level of prospective economics teachers is in the good category. (ii) the description of the TCK level of prospective economics teachers is in the sufficient category. (iii) the description of the PCK level of prospective economics teachers is in the sufficient category. (iv) the description of the TPACK level of prospective economics teachers is in the sufficient category.
