Abstract

GAMBARAN KESIAPAN PELAKSANAAN TOILET TRAINING PADA ANAK USIA TODDLER (18-24 BULAN) DI POSYANDU DESA LICIN Nurul Sevina Aulia1, Iis Aisyah2, Heri Ridwan3 1Mahasiswa Prodi Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 2,3Dosen Prodi Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ABSTRAK Perkembangan pada anak usia toddler akan mengalami fase anal, pada fase ini anak akan melalui masa toilet training yaitu usaha anak untuk mengontrol ketika ingin buang air kecil dan buang air besar. Komponen yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan toilet training ini meliputi kesiapan secara fisik, mental, psikologis dan parental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan pelaksanaan toilet training pada anak usia toddler. Metode: Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 responden menggunakan cluster random sampling dan lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Posyandu Desa Licin. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapan pelaksanaan toilet training pada anak usia toddler hampir seluruhnya termasuk dalam kategori siap dengan jumlah 43 anak (84%), sedangkan terdapat 8 anak (16%) termasuk dalam kategori kurang siap dalam pelaksanaan toilet training. Kesimpulan: pada kesiapan pelaksanaan toilet training diharapkan agar anak lebih mandiri dengan cara melatih kemampuan fisik, kemampuan mental, kemampuan psikologis kemampuan parental serta dapat menambah informasi untuk orangtua dalam membimbing dan mengajarkan anak untuk mencapai keberhasilan kesiapan pelaksanaan toilet training. Kata Kunci: Kesiapan, Toilet Training, Usia Toddler.   DESCRIPTION OF TOILET TRAINING READINESS IN THE TODDLER (18-24 MONTHS) AT POSYANDU LICIN VILLAGE Nurul Sevina Aulia1, Iis Aisyah2, Heri Ridwan3 1Student of the Nursing Study Program at the Indonesian University of Education 2,3 Lecturer in the Nursing Study Program at the Indonesian University of Education ABSTRACT Development in toddler-aged children will experience an anal phase, in this phase the child will go through a period of toilet training, namely the child's efforts to control when he wants to urinate and defecate. Components that become a benchmark for the success of implementing toilet training include physical, mental, psychological and parental readiness. This study aims to determine the readiness of implementing toilet training in toddlers. Method: The research design in this research is descriptive quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 51 respondents using cluster random sampling and the research location was carried out in the Posyandu Working Area, Licin Village. Data was collected using a questionnaire and data analysis was performed using a frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that almost all children aged toddlers were ready to implement toilet training in the ready category with a total of 43 children (84%), while there were 8 children (16%) who were included in the category of less prepared in implementing toilet training. Conclusion: in readiness for toilet training, it is hoped that children will be more independent by training their physical abilities, mental abilities, psychological abilities, parental abilities and can add information for parents in guiding and teaching children to achieve success in implementing toilet training readiness.
