Abstract
Gunungapi Tangkuban Parahu terletak di Kecamatan Parongpong, Kabupaten
Bandung Barat, provinsi Jawa Barat. Pada 26 Juli 2019 terjadi letusan Gunungapi
Tangkuban Parahu yang berdampak besar terutama bagi masyarakat pemukiman
kaki gunung bagian selatan. Jalur evakuasi yang berbatu-besar serta jarak tempuh
yang jauh menjadi penyebab lambatnya proses evakuasi. Oleh karena itu,
penelitian ini berisi analisis kelayakan untuk penentuan jalur evakuasi dan tempat
pengungsian sementara di Gunungapi Tangkuban Parahu bagian selatan yang
lebih efektif. Metode Network Analysis pada Software ArcGIS menghasilkan jalur
evakuasi dengan jarak terpendek dan waktu tercepat untuk mencapai lokasi aman
diluar kawasan terdampak bencana atau shortest path. Hasil Penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa jalur evakuasi rute Sukawana - CIC dan tempat pengungsian
sementara CIC tidak layak dipergunakan per tahun 2023. Jalur evakuasi yang
layak dipergunakan berdasarkan hasil analisis yakni rute pemukiman Kampung
Sukawana menuju kantor Desa Karyawangi, rute pemukiman Sukawana menuju
Kantor Desa Cihideung, rute pemukiman Cihideung menuju Kelurahan Ledeng,
rute pemukiman Kehutanan Pinus menuju SDN Inpres Cikahuripan, rute
pemukiman Terusan Cisaroni menuju SDN Barulaksana Lembang, rute
Pemukiman Cisaroni menuju Pondok Pesantren Syiarul Huda, serta rute
pemukiman Manoko menuju Kantor Desa Cikahuripan. Tujuan akhir seluruh rute
merupakan tempat pengungsian sementara yang layak dipergunakan oleh
masyarakat.
Tangkuban Parahu Volcano is located in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province. On July 26, 2019, there was an eruption of the Tangkuban Parahu Volcano, which had a major impact, especially for the residential communities at the southern foot of the mountain. The large, rocky evacuation route and long distances were the cause of the slow evacuation process. Therefore, this study contains a feasibility analysis for determining more effective evacuation routes and temporary shelters in the southern part of Tangkuban Parahu Volcano. The network analysis method in ArcGIS software produces an evacuation route with the shortest distance and the fastest time to reach a safe location outside the disaster-affected area, or the shortest path. The results of this study indicate that the evacuation route for the Sukawana-CIC route and the temporary shelter for CIC are not suitable for use by 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, evacuation routes that are suitable for use are the residential route from Sukawana Village to the Karyawangi administrative office, the Sukawana residential route to the Cihideung administrative office, the route of the Cihideung settlement to the Ledeng administrative office, the Pine Forestry residential route to Cikahuripan Inpres Elementary School, the Cisaroni residential route to Barulaksana Lembang Elementary School, the Cisaroni Settlement route to Syiarul Huda Islamic Boarding School, and the Manoko residential route to the Cikahuripan administrative office. The final destination of all routes is a temporary shelter that is suitable for use by the community.
