Abstract
ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING) anak Cerebral Palsy akan mengalami hambatan sebagai dampak dari kondisi fisiknya, dan tentu akan menjadi perbedaan yang bervariasi tergantung level penyakitnya. Mayoritas anak penyandang Cerebral Palsy mengalami kesulitan bergerak karena kaku otot, sulit memegang dan menjangkau benda. Selain itu, anak Cerebral Palsy mengalami gangguan sulit menelan makanan. Umumnya hampir semua aktivitas anak Cerebral Palsy termasuk kebersihan diri sangat bergantung pada orang terdekat. Di sinilah peran keluarga khususnya orang tua sangat diperlukan untuk memenuhi ADL anak Cerebral Palsy. Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pemenuhan ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING) pada anak Cerebral Palsy di Kabupaten Sumedang dan tujuan khusunya untuk menganalisis pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi, personal hygiene, mobilisasi juga untuk menggambarkan cara orang tua dalam memenuhi ADL anak Cerebral Palsy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan desain penelitian naratif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 partisipan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING) anak cerebral palsy sudah terpenuhi sebagian besar dan didapatkan 3 tema yaitu: 1) Pemenuhan Nutrisi 2) Pemenuhan Personal Hygiene 3) Pemenuhan Mobilisasi dan menggambarkan cara orang tua memenuhi ADL nya. Kata Kunci : ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING), Cerebral Palsy ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING) children with Cerebral Palsy will experience obstacles due to the impact of their physical condition, and of course there will be differences that vary depending on the level of the disease. The mojarity of children with Cerebral Palsy have difficulty moving because of muscle stiffness, difficulty holding and reaching objects. In addition, children with Cerebral Palsy have difficulty swallowing food. In general, almost all activities of children with Cerebral Palsy, including personal hygiene, are very dependent on those closest to them. This is where the role of the family, especially parents, is needed to fulfill the child with cerebral palsy ADL. The general objective of this study was to describe the fulfillment of ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING) in children with Cerebral Palsy in Sumedang Regency and the specific objectives were to analyze the fulfillment of nutrition needs, personal hygiene, mobilization as well as to describe how parents fulfill ADL in children with Cerebral Palsy. The research method used was qualitative with a narrative research design. Subjects in this study were 3 participants, who collected by using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques were interview and observation. Based on the results of ADL (ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING) research, children with cerebral palsy have been partially fulfilled and 3 themes were obtained, namely: 1) Fulfillment of Nutrition 2) Fulfillment of Personal Hygiene 3) Fulfillment of Mobilization and describe how parents fulfill their ADL.
