Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh situasi dilapangan, dimana pada situasi pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah menerapkan adanya Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT), sehingga sekolah dan guru harus mencari solusi alternatif permasalahan pembelajaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19 agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Blended Learning pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di TK Bianglala. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan narasumber tiga orang guru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama penerapan blended learning di TK Bianglala dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya situasi pandemi dengan adanya PTMT dengan tujuan agar proses belajar maksimal, perencanaan blended learning di TK Bianglala meliputi penyusunan PROSEM, RPPM & RPPH; menentukan kegiatan pembelajaran, pembagaian jadwal luring dan daring; menyiapkan media; menyiapkan perangkat digital dan jaringan internet. Kedua pelaksanaan blended learning di TK Bianglala dilaksanakan secara luring & daring dalam satu waktu maupun dalam waktu yang berbeda atau bergiliran. Ketiga penilaian dilaksanakan oleh guru dengan bantuan orang tua dalam mengamati dan melaporkan proses pembelajaran anak disampaikan kepada guru melalui media daring. This research was motivated by the situation in the field, where in the Covid-19 pandemic situation the government implemented limited face-to-face learning (PTMT), so schools and teachers must find alternative solutions to learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic so that learning can run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Blended Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bianglala Kindergarten. This is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used documentation studies and interviews with three teachers as resource persons. Data analysis in this study uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman. The results showed: first the application of blended learning in Bianglala Kindergarten motivated by the existence of a pandemic situation with the existence of PTMT with the aim of maximizing the learning process, blended learning planning at Bianglala Kindergarten included the preparation of PROSEM, RPPM & RPPH; determine learning activities, distribution of offline and online schedules; prepare media; set up digital devices and internet network. Second implementations of blended learning at Bianglala Kindergarten are carried out offline & online at one time or at different times or take turns. Third assessments are carried out by the teacher with the help of parents in observing and reporting the child's learning process to the teacher through online media.
