Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena sering terjadinya penyimpangan yang terjadi dalam proses interaksi guru dan murid, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan keagamaan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam dalam pola interaksi guru dan murid di sekolah berbasis Boarding School. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai apa saja yang dirujuk, regulasi yang diterapkan, proses penerapan nilai dan pengevaluasian yang dilakukan di Boarding School dalam upaya penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pola interaksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat empat nilai dasar dan lima nilai instrumental yang menjadi rujukan, keempat nilai dasar yaitu nilai Ilahiyah, Ruhiyah, Ilmiah dan Ukhuwah. Lalu lima nilai instrumentalnya adalah ikhlas, tsiqoh, loyal, amanah, dan peduli. Kemudian adanya regulasi yang mengikat berupa buku saku murid dan adanya program sebagai bentuk upaya penerapan nilai. Serta adanya evaluasi tertulis berupa tabel penghargaan, tabel pelanggaran, mutabaah dan evaluasi tidak tertulis berupa rapat. This research was conducted due to the frequent occurrence of deviantion that occur in the process of interaction between teachers and students, especially in religious education institutions. This research is focused on the implementation of Islamic values in the process of interaction between teachers and students in Islamic boarding school. The purpose of this research is to find out what values are referred to, regulations that are applied, the process of applying values, and the evaluation is carried out at the Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this study are: there are four basic values and five instrumental values that are used as references, the four basic values are Ilahiyah, Ruhiyah, Scientific and Ukhuwah. Then the five instrumental values are sincere, believeness, loyal, responsibility, and caring. Then there are binding regulations in the form of student pocket books and there are programs as an effort to implements values. And there are written evaluation in the form of award tables, violation tables, mutabaah and unwritten evaluations in the form of meetings.
