Abstract

Kecamatan Sukajadi merupakan daerah dengan pertumbuhan toko modern yang cepat, laju
pertumbuhan toko modern di kecamatan sukajadi dari tahun 2017 sampai 2020 mengalami
pertumbuhan lebih dari 100% yang mana dalam radius 104,8 meter berdiri 1 minimarket.
Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari kehadiran toko
modern dan peranan konsumen dalam berbelanja terhadap naik atau turunnya pendapatan
warung kelontong di Kecamatan Sukajadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier sederhana
dengan menggunakan aplikasi olah data SPSS 25 untuk menganalisis ada atau tidaknya
penurunan pendapatan warung kelontong karena minat berbelanja masyarakat, analisis
komparasi untuk membandingkan penurunan pendapatan karena jarak warung kelontong
terhadap jarak toko modern, dan teknik analisis tetangga terdekat dengan menggunakan
aplikasi ArcGIS 10.7.1 untuk mengetahui jenis persebaran warung kelontong dan toko
modern seperti apa. Berdasarkan hasil anaslisis statistik regresi linier sederhana yang telah
dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 diketahui bahwa data bersifat valid dan
reliabel akan tetapi tidak ada pengaruh antara penurunan pendapatan warung kelontong
dengan minat masyarakat dalam memilih ritel perbelanjaan, sedangkan untuk persebaran
di warung kelontong ini mengelompok atau clustered dan persebaran di toko modern acak
atau random, yang membuat adanya penurunan pendapatan pada warung kelontong di
Kecamatan Sukajadi yaitu dari jarak warung kelontong kurang dari 250 meter dari toko
modern terdekat, penurunan pendapatan bersih warung kelontong sebelum dan sesudah ada
toko modern yaitu sebesar 60% dan penurunan pendapatan kotor warung kelontong
sebelum dan sesudah ada toko modern sebesar 14,3%
Sukajadi sub-district is an area with fast growth of modern stores, the growth rate of
modern shops in Sukajadi sub-district from 2017 to 2020 has grown more than 100%, of
which within a radius of 104.8 meters stands 1 minimarket. Therefore, this study aims to
analyze the impact of the presence of modern stores and the role of consumers in shopping
on the increase or decrease in the income of grocery stalls in Sukajadi sub-district. The
method used in this study is a quantitative method using simple linear regression data
analysis techniques using the SPSS 25 data processing application to analyze the presence
or absence of a decrease in grocery shop income due to people's shopping interest,
comparative analysis to compare the decline in income due to the distance of the grocery
shop to the distance. modern stores, and the nearest neighbor analysis technique using the
ArcGIS 10.7.1 application to find out what kind of distribution of grocery stalls and modern
shops are. Based on the results of a simple linear regression statistical analysis that has
been carried out using the SPSS 25 application, it is known that the data are valid and
reliable but there is no influence between the income distribution of grocery stalls and
people's interest in choosing shopping retail, while the distribution in grocery stalls is
grouped or clustered. and the distribution in random modern stores, which resulted in a
decrease in income at grocery stalls in Sukajadi sub-district, namely from the distance of
the grocery shop less than 250 meters from the nearest modern store, the decrease in net
income of grocery stalls before and after there was a modern store by 60% and a decrease
in gross income of grocery stalls before and after there is a modern store by 14.3%.
