Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya usia golden age bagi keberlangsungan kehidupan berikutnya yang dapat distimulasi dengan Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara lebih rinci seputar program Our Happy Neighborhood SEAMEO CECCEP mulai dari penyusunan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hingga dampaknya terhadap Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini berjenis tematik, dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawncara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Penyusunan program mengacu pada Five Years Development Plan SEAMEO CECCEP dan Perpres No. 60 Tahun 2013, 2) Pelatihan mudah dipahami melalui sistem Blended Learning, 3) Evaluasi program masih belum lengkap, 4) Program memilik dampak yang positif. Model pelatihan seperti Our Happy Neighborhood ini dapat dijadikan opsi untuk menambah ilmu seputar Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif bagi pendidik dan menjadi inspirasi program kerja bagi pemangku kepentingan. Peneliti memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian berikutnya untuk menggali lebih lanjut seputar program kerja Our Happy Neighborhood batch berikutnya maupun kegiatan sejenis dengan metode penelitian yang berbeda sebagai gambaran lebih rinci agar senantiasa memberikan gambaran program relevan bagi pemangku kepentingan dan memberikan opsi pelatihan bagi pendidik anak usia dini. This research is motivated by the importance of the golden age for the sustainability of the next life which can be stimulated by Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development. The purpose of this study is to find out in more detail about the Our Happy Neighborhood SEAMEO CECCEP program starting from its preparation, implementation, evaluation, to its impact on Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development. The analytical techniques in this research are thematic, with a qualitative approach, and the case study research method. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that 1) The preparation of the program refers to the SEAMEO CECCEP Five Years Development Plan and Presidential Decree No. 60 of 2013, 2) The training is easy to understand through the Blended Learning system, 3) The program evaluation is still incomplete, 4) The program has a positive impact. Training models such as Our Happy Neighborhood can be used as an option to increase knowledge about Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development for educators and become an inspiration for work programs for stakeholders. The researcher provides recommendations for further research to dig further about the next batch of Our Happy Neighborhood work programs or similar activities with different research methods as a more detailed description so that they always provide relevant program descriptions for stakeholders and provide training options for early childhood educators.
