Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran magang berbasis digital dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi berwirausaha oleh para siswa kelas XII di SMKN 2 Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif, serta metode yang digunakan ialah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 responden dengan objek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XII Teknik Permesinan dan Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMKN 2 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis path dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi magang berbasis digital dan lingkungan sekolah pengaruh positif bahwa semakin maka akan semakin tinggi motivasi berwirausaha. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, Magang berbasis Digital, Lingkungan Sekolah, Motivasi Berwirausaha  ABSTRAC This study aims to obtain an overview of digital-based internships and the school environment for entrepreneurship motivation by class XII students at SMKN 2 Bandung. The type of research used is descriptive verification research, and the method used is explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 120 respondents with the object of research being class XII students of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Network Engineering at SMKN 2 Bandung. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using the IBM SPSS version 22.0 for windows program. The findings obtained in this study indicate that the magnitude of the influence of the school environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. These results indicate that the increase in digital-based internships and the school environment has a positive effect that the higher the entrepreneurial motivation.
