Abstract

Hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi penginderaan jauh di SMAN 22 Bandung memiliki nilai yang cukup rendah. Hal ini diakibatkan dari kegiatan pembelajaran yang tidak bervariatif dan model pembelajaran yang cenderung ceramah. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen. dengan control-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas XII IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan kelas XII IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, Pre-Posttest, lembar penilaian (sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan). Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa keterlaksaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek sudah baik, 25 dari 27 kegiatan telah terlaksana. Kemudian hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terjadi peningkatan dengan kategori tinggi pada kelas eksperimen dan sedang pada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent T-Test didapatkan nilai hitung 0,000 < 0,05 (nilai alpha) dan memiliki arti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektivitas yang signifikan pada hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Student learning outcomes on remote sensing material at SMAN 22 Bandung have a fairly low score. This is the result of learning activities that are not varied and learning models that tend to give lectures. therefore this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of project-based learning models on student learning outcomes. The research method uses quasi experiment. with pretest-posttest control-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was class XII IPS 3 as the experimental class, and class XII IPS 2 as the control class. The instruments used were observation sheets, pre-posttest, assessment sheets (attitudes, skills and knowledge). Data analysis used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of the project-based learning model was good, 25 out of 27 activities had been carried out. Then the results of learning before and after treatment increased with the high category in the experimental class and being in the control class. Based on the hypothesis test using the Independent T-Test, the calculated value is 0.000 <0.05 (alpha value) and means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Means that there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Thus, the project-based learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.
