Abstract

ABSTRAK Nabilah Septiana (2023) Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran IPS di Kelas V SD Negeri Penggung Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Penggung setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation pada pembelajaran IPS pada materi interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, tes, dan analisis dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua siklus. Pada pra-siklus diperoleh ketuntasan sebesar 48%, lalu pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan sebesar 70%, dan siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan sebesar 88%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation pada pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Penggung. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Group Investigation, Pembelajaran IPS ABSTRACT Nabilah Septiana (2023) Application of the Group Investigation Cooperative Learning Model in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Social Studies Learning in Class V of SD Negeri Penggung This study aims to measure the extent to which the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at Penggung State Elementary School have increased after the application of the group investigation type cooperative learning model in social studies learning on human-environment interaction material. The method used is classroom action research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation sheets, tests, and documentation analysis. This research was conducted for two cycles. In the pre-cycle, 48% mastery was obtained, then in the first cycle 70% mastery was obtained, and 88% mastery in cycle II was obtained. This it can be concluded that the application of the group investigation type cooperative learning model in social studies learning can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Penggung.
