Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah suatu proses dalam menciptakan suatu nilai. Daya Saing merupakan konsep utama dalam kewirausahaan yang penerapanya sangat penting untuk kemajuan dan perkembangan usaha. Pelaku usaha yang tidak memperhatikan daya saing dengan sendirinya akan ditinggalkan oleh pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dimensi social entrepreneur, gambaran daya saing, dan mengetahui pengaruh dimensi social entrepreneur terhadap daya saing. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 159 pengusaha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path) menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer SPSS versi 25.0. for Windows. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa leadership berada pada tingkat baik, strategy berada pada tingkat baik, systems berada pada tingkat baik, dan daya saing pada tingkat baik. Adapun pengaruh leadership 0,221 terhadap daya saing, strategy 0,150 terhadap daya saing, systems 0,140 terhadap daya saing. Secara keseluruhan pengaruh social entrepreneur terhadap daya saing adalah sebesar 51%, atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh social entrepreneur terhadap daya berada pada klasifikasi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada pengusaha di Sentra UMKM Rajut Binong Jati untuk meningkatkan nilai entrepreneurship yang memiliki visi social entrepreneur. Khususnya dalam kepemimpinan dan srategy dalam meningkatkan efektifitas daya saing usaha. Kata kunci: Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneur, Daya Saing Usaha Entrepreneurship is a process in creating a value. Competitiveness is the main concept in entrepreneurship whose application is very important for the progress and development of the business, entrepreneurs who do not pay attention to competitiveness will automatically be left behind by the market. This study aims to obtain a picture of the social entrepreneurs dimension, a description of competitiveness, and determine the effect of the social entrepreneurs dimension on competitiveness. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 159 entrepreneurs. Data analysis technique used is path analysis eith SPSS 25.0 for Windows program tools. The results of the study show that leadership is at a good level, strategy is at a good level, systems are at a good level, and competitiveness is at a good level. The effect of leadership is 0.221 on competitiveness, strategy is 0.150 on competitiveness, systems is 0.140 on competitiveness. The influence of social entrepreneurs on competitiveness is 51%, it can be concluded that the influence of social entrepreneurs on competitiveness is in the moderate classification. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to entrepreneurs in the Binong jati Knitting Center to increase the value of entrepreneurship that has a social entrepreneur vision. Especially in leadership and strategy in increasing the effectiveness of business competitiveness. Keywords : Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneur, Competitiveness.
