Abstract
Banyaknya lembaga karantina di berbagai daerah yang mampu menghasilkan penghafal Al-Qur'an dengan waktu yang sangat singkat menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penataan lingkungan dan budaya belajar di Yayasan Karantina Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Nasional (YKTN) Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif untuk mendapatkan gambaran detail tentang bagaimana penataan lingkungan dan budaya belajar di YKTN dapat mendukung program penghafalan Al-Qur'an dengan waktu yang sangat singkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa penataan lingkungan di YKTN meliputi tiga aspek penting, yaitu penataan kelembagaan, penataan lingkungan fisik, dan penataan lingkungan psikososial. Penataan kelembagaan mengacu pada sistem manajemen organisasi, tata kelola, serta pola hubungan yang terjalin di antara semua pihak yang terkait di YKTN. Penataan lingkungan fisik mengacu pada perencanaan, perancangan, dan pengelolaan ruang dan bangunan di YKTN. Sementara itu, penataan lingkungan psikososial mencakup pengelolaan interaksi sosial dan suasana psikologis di YKTN yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan mental dan emosional peserta didik. Sedangkan budaya belajar yang diterapkan di YKTN tergambar dalam wujud Prosedur Operasional Standar (SOP) dan penerapan metode. Temuan dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengelola YKTN dan institusi serupa untuk menyusun strategi penataan lingkungan yang lebih baik agar dapat mencapai tujuan mereka dalam mencetak kader-kader penghafal Al-Qur'an dengan waktu yang singkat The existence of many quarantine institutions in various regions that are able to produce Quran memorizers in a very short time became the background of this study. The aim of this research is to describe the arrangement of the learning environment and culture at the National Qur'an Tahfiz Quarantine Foundation (YKTN) in Kuningan, West Java. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach to obtain a detailed overview of how the arrangement of the learning environment and culture at YKTN can support the program of Quran memorization in a very short time. Based on the research results, it was found that the arrangement of the environment at YKTN includes three important aspects, namely institutional arrangement, physical environment arrangement, and psychosocial environment arrangement. Institutional arrangement refers to the organizational management system, governance, and relationship patterns among all parties involved in YKTN. Physical environment arrangement refers to the planning, design, and management of space and buildings at YKTN. Meanwhile, psychosocial environment arrangement includes the management of social interaction and psychological atmosphere at YKTN that impacts the mental and emotional well-being of students. The learning culture applied at YKTN is reflected in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the application of methods. The findings and conclusions of this study can provide guidance for YKTN managers and similar institutions to develop better environmental arrangement strategies in order to achieve their goals in producing Quran memorizers in a short time.
