Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan, hasil validasi dan desain akhir buku cerita bergambar digital yang peneliti kembangkan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III SD, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut peneliti mengembangkan buku cerita bergambar digital untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan model pengembangan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli pembelajaran serta worklog. Penelitian ini diawali dengan menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan, analisis bahan ajar dan analisis aplikasi perangkat lunak. Setelah produk awal dibuat, selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli pembelajaran yaitu guru kelas III SD. Produk akhir telah melalui tahap revisi berdasarkan saran yang diberikan oleh validator yaitu memperbaiki kalimat yang tidak efektif, kalimat yang rancu, penempatan teks soal, petunjuk penggunaan buku cerita bergambar digital untuk guru dan siswa, dan penambahan biodata untuk penulis buku gambar digital. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan dari hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dengan skor 83%, ahli media dengan skor 100% dan ahli pembelajaran dengan skor 96% hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa buku cerita bergambar digital ini sangat layak tetapi masih perlu revisi untuk menghasilkan produk akhir yang baik. Kata kunci: buku cerita bergambar digital, keterampilan berbicara, siswa sekolah dasar   This study aims to describe the development design, validation results and the final design of the digital picture story books that the researchers developed. The background of this research is the low speaking skills of third grade elementary school students, to overcome this problem the researcher developed digital picture story books to improve students' speaking skills. The research method used in this research is Design and Development (D&D) with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to material experts, media experts and learning experts as well as worklogs. This research begins with analyzing the problems that occur in the field, analysis of teaching materials and analysis of software applications. After the initial product is made, then a feasibility assessment is carried out by material experts, media experts and learning experts, namely teachers of class III SD. The final product has gone through the revision stage based on the suggestions given by the validator, namely correcting ineffective sentences, ambiguous sentences, placement of problem texts, instructions for using digital picture story books for teachers and students, and adding biodata for digital picture book authors. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded from the validation results by material experts with a score of 83%, media experts with a score of 100% and learning experts with a score of 96%, this shows that this digital picture story book is very feasible but still needs revision to produce the final product the good one.
