Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang dinamakan model flipped classroom dalam pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. Peneliti menemukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran di SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung mengalami peralihan dari pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online menjadi pembelajaran tatap muka secara offline, sehingga guru dan peserta didik perlu beradaptasi dengan keadaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu digunakan model flipped classroom dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Tujuan dari diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah menggunakan model flipped classroom di Kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, memaparkan dampak penggunaan model flipped classroom dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah di Kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, dan memaparkan tanggapan peserta didik terkait penggunaan model flipped classroom dalam pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah guru melaksanakan model flipped classroom sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang sudah ditetapkan. Kemudian, penggunaan model flipped classroom juga berdampak baik kepada peserta didik di kelas XI IPS 2. Peserta didik juga memberikan tanggapan berupa kelebihan, kekurangan, serta memberi saran terhadap penggunaan model flipped classroom. Tanggapan peserta didik terhadap penggunaan model flipped classroom menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran flipped classroom memberikan beberapa keuntungan kepada peserta didik. Sedangkan untuk kekurangannya didapati adanya kendala dalam internet. Saran yang diberikan oleh peserta didik diantaranya diadakannya kegiatan seperti game. This research is motivated by the use of a learning model called the flipped classroom model in history learning in class XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. Researchers found that learning activities at SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung experienced a transition from online learning to offline face-to-face learning, so teachers and students needed to adapt to this situation. Therefore, the flipped classroom model is used in learning history. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of history learning using the flipped classroom model in Class XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, describe the impact of using the flipped classroom model in learning History in Class XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, and explain student responses regarding the use of the flipped classroom model in history learning in class XI IPS 2 SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach conducted at SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. The result of this study is that the teacher implements the flipped classroom model according to the steps that have been set. Then, the use of the flipped classroom model also had a good impact on students in class XI IPS 2. Students also provided feedback in the form of advantages, disadvantages, and gave suggestions on the use of the flipped classroom model. Students' responses to the use of the flipped classroom model show that the flipped classroom learning model provides several advantages to students. As for the drawbacks, there are constraints on the internet. Suggestions given by students include holding activities such as games.
