Abstract

ABSTRAK INOVASI LAYANAN PROGRAM LITERASI BACA TULIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT MENULIS WARGA BELAJAR (Eliza Rahmah Prahestiwi, 2002279) Hasil data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) menunjukkan persentase masyarakat yang menggunakan internet lebih dari usia lima tahun di Jawa Barat. Pada tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Berbeda dengan mereka yang tidak bisa membaca menurun dari tahun sebelumnya. Pada tahun 2018, Kota Bandung menduduki peringkat ke 13 buta aksara untuk setiap Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Oleh sebab itu, Pemerintah Jawa Barat membuat program Candil (Maca Dina Digital Library) dan Kolecer (Kotak Literasi Cerdas). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan program literasi baca tulis di Rumah Baca Ujungberung, (2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan minat menulis warga belajar, dan (3) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat inovasi di program literasi membaca menulis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, teknik purposive sampling (Ketua TBM, Tutor, dan Warga Belajar yang berada di Rumah Baca Ujungberung), teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Temuan penelitian adalah (1). Program Ramadhan Menulis (Ramis) dengan sasaran warga belajar di seluruh Indonesia. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui zoom dan grup whatsapp, memberikan materi-materi penting untuk menulis, menulis cerpen, pemeriksaan naskah, dan membuat buku antologi cerpen; (2). Minat Menulis warga belajar mengalami peningkatan (kesadaran 5%-10%, kemauan 7%, perhatian 5%-10%, perasaan 7% - 10%); (3). Faktor pendukung : dukungan dari diri sendiri, lingkungan sekitar, melatih kepercayaan diri, motivasi, memanfaatkan teknologi digital, meningkatkan minat dan bakat, mengenalkan karya tulis kepada masyarakat luas, dan meningkatkan perekonomian; (4). Faktor penghambat : gangguan sinyal internet, warga belajar kurang memahami PUEBI, dan perasaan malas. Kata Kunci: Inovasi Program, Taman Bacaan Masyarakat, Minat Menulis ABSTRACT INNOVATION OF READ-WRITE LITERACY PROGRAM IN INCREASING WRITING INTEREST OF LEARNING COMMUNITY (Eliza Rahmah Prahestiwi-2002279) The results of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) data show that the percentage of people who have used the internet for more than five years in West Java in 2021 has increased compared to the previous year. It is different from those who cannot read, which decreased from the previous year. In 2018, Bandung City was ranked 13th in the illiteracy rate for each Regency/City in West Java. Therefore, the Government of West Java created Candil (Maca Dina Digital Library) and Kolecer (Smart Literacy Box) programs. This study aimed to (1) Describe the innovation of reading and writing literacy program services at the Rumah Baca Ujungberung Bandung City, (2) Describe the increase in writing interest among students, and (3) Find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for innovation in reading and writing literacy program. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, purposive sampling technique (head of TBM, Tutors, and learning residents located at the Rumah Baca Ujungberung Bandung City), data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The research findings are (1) The writing Ramadhan (Ramis) Program targets the learning community throughout of Indonesia. Activities are carried out via zoom and whatsapp groups, providing essential, materials for writing short stories, examining manuscripts, and making short story anthology books; (2) Students’ interest in writing: students’ interest in writing has increased (awareness increased 5%-10%, willingness 7%, attention 5%-10%, and feelings 7%-10%; (3) Supporting of factors: support from oneself, the surrounding environment, training self-confidence, motivating, utilizing of digital technology, increasing interest, and talent, introducing written works to the broader community, improving the economy; (4). Inhibiting factors: internet signal disturbance, the learner do not understand of PUEBI, and feeling lazy. Keywords: Innovation Program, Community Reading Center, Writing Interest
