Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan life skills antara remaja yang diberikan program life skills dengan remaja yang tidak diberikan program life skills pada kegiatan outdoor education. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 16 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu melibatkan seluruh populasi. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesisoner life skills scala for sport (LSSS). Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program statistical product for social science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan nilai T hitung sebesar 9,900 > T table 2,101 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan life skills antara remaja yang diberikan program life skills dengan remaja yang tidak diberikan program life skills. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa program life skills pada kegiatan outdoor education remaha sanhan efektif untuk diterapkan. Dengan demikian hipotesis teruji dan dapat diterima. Kata kunci : Life skills, Outdoor Education, Positive Youth Development (PYD)   This study aims to analyze the improvement of life skills between adolescents who are given life skills programs and adolescents who are not given life skills programs in outdoor education activities. The population in this study were 20 people. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, which involved the entire population. The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative. The instrument used is a scala for sport (LSSS) life skills questionnaire. Data analysis of this study used normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing with data processing using statistical product for social science (SPSS) version 25 program. The results of this study found the calculated T value of 9.900 > T table 2.101 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that it can be concluded that there are differences in the improvement of life skills between adolescents who are given life skills programs and adolescents who are not given life skills programs. This confirms that the life skills program in youth outdoor education activities is effective. Thus the hypothesis is tested and can be accepted.
