Abstract

Pembelajaran keterampilan yang menghasilkan produk kerajinan/keterampilan tangan bagi peserta didik tunarungu sangat diperlukan sebagai bekal dalam kehidupannya. SLB-B Negeri Pembina Palembang merupakan sekolah percontohan yang memberikan tanggung jawab pada guru dan peserta didik bidang keterampilan menjahit untuk membuat rompi seragam sekolah guna memenuhi kebutuhan di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran keterampilan menjahit rompi seragam sekolah pada anak tunarungu di SLB-B Negeri Pembina Palembang. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data setelah proses pengumpulan data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran menjahit rompi seragam sekolah diawali dengan proses pelaksanaan asesmen minat dan bakat menggunakan instrumen asesmen informal melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket oleh guru kelas. Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang digunakan mengacu pada kurikulum 2013 yang disesuaikan kembali dengan program sekolah, dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menjahit rompi seragam sekolah terdiri dari kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Evaluasi pembelajaran menjahit rompi seragam sekolah meliputi evaluasi berdasarkan tujuan dan evaluasi berdasarkan sasaran yang dilaksanakan melalui observasi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, melihat hasil produk, dan berdiskusi sesama guru vokasional. Hambatan pembelajaran menjahit rompi seragam sekolah cukup beragam, hambatan tersebut berasal dari faktor perencanaan dan pelaksanaan, faktor internal, dan faktor eksternal. Solusi berdasarkan hambatan yang dihadapi tersebut, guru memerlukan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan hambatan yang ada. Learning skills that produce handicraft products/hand skills for deaf students is very necessary as a provision in their life. SLB-B Negeri Pembina Palembang is a pilot school that gives responsibility to teachers and students in the field of sewing skills to make school uniform vests to meet the needs of the school environment. This study aims to determine the learning skills of sewing school uniform vests on deaf children at SLB-B Pembina Palembang. The research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques after the data collection process are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the learning plan for sewing school uniform vests began with the process of carrying out interest and talent assessments using informal assessment instruments through observation, interviews, and questionnaires by class teachers. The learning implementation plan used refers to the 2013 curriculum which is readjusted to the school program and the needs of students. The implementation of learning to sew school uniform vests consists of initial activities, core activities, and final activities. Evaluation of learning to sew school uniform vests includes evaluation based on objectives and evaluation based on objectives carried out through observation during the learning process, viewing product results, and discussing fellow vocational teachers. Obstacles to learning to sew school uniform vests are quite diverse, these obstacles come from planning and implementation factors, internal factors, and external factors. Solutions based on the obstacles faced, teachers need an approach that is in accordance with existing obstacles.
