Abstract
Proyek adalah suatu kegiatan terorganisasi yang menggunakan sumber daya yang dijalankan selama jangka waktu terbatas yang mempunyai titik awal saat dimulainya dan titik akhir saat selesai. Dalam perusahaan, pengertian evaluasi adalah proses pengukuran akan efektifitas strategi dalam upaya mencapai tujuan bagi perusahaan. Sedangkan kinerja proyek dapat diartikan sebagai hasil kerja yang dicapai dalam mengerahkan sumber daya yang tersedia yang diorganisir untuk mencapai tujuan dalam jangka waktu terbatas. Metode Earn Value memberikan informasi status kinerja proyek pada suatu periode pelaporan dan memberikan informasi prediksi biaya yang dibutuhkan dan waktu untuk menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan berdasarkan indikator kinerja saat pelaporan. Metode ini berguna untuk mengevaluasi kinerja proyek dari segi biaya dan waktu dengan komponen antara lain Actual Cost for Work Performed (ACWP), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), dan Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada proyek pembangunan Gedung FPEB Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia didapatkan kinerja proyek dari aspek biaya yaitu biaya lebih kecil dari rencana dengan angka CPI >1 dan angka CV positif. Sedangkan dari aspek jadwal mengalami keterlambatan dengan hasil perhitungan SPI < 1 dan nilai SV negatif. Sedangkan nilai SPI To Go agar waktu penyelesaian proyek tidak melebihi waktu kontrak adalah 1.15. Lalu, kemungkinan kerugian dihitung dari klaim 1 permil adalah sebesar Rp58,055,019.00 per harinya. Sedangkan perkiraan jadwal penyelesaian proyek adalah 131 minggu sehingga akan terlambat 35 minggu. A project is an organized activity using resources that is carried out for a limited period of time that has a starting point when it starts and an end point when it is finished. In companies, the notion of evaluation is the process of measuring the effectiveness of the strategy in an effort to achieve goals for the company. Meanwhile, project performance can be interpreted as the result of work achieved in mobilizing available resources that are organized to achieve goals within a limited period of time. The Earn Value method provides information on the status of project performance in a reporting period and provides predictive information on the costs required and time to complete all work based on performance indicators at the time of reporting. This method is useful for evaluating project performance in terms of cost and time with components including Actual Cost for Work Performed (ACWP), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), and Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS). Based on the results of the research, in the construction project of the FPEB Building at the Indonesian University of Education, the project performance was obtained from the cost aspect, namely the cost was lower than the plan with a CPI > 1 and a positive CV number. Meanwhile, from the aspect of the schedule, it is delayed with the calculation results of SPI < 1 and negative SV values. Meanwhile, the SPI To Go value so that the project completion time does not exceed the contract time is 1.15. Then, the possible loss calculated from the claim of 1 per mil is IDR 58,055,019.00 per day. While the estimated project completion schedule is 131 weeks so it will be 35 weeks late.
