    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menulis aksara Sunda. Siswa belum bisa membedakan bentuk aksara Sunda dan masih salah dalam menggunakan rarangkén dalam aksara Sunda. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together; (2) kemempuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together; dan (3) perbedaan kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain pretest dan posttest. Teknik yang digunakan merupakan teknik tes yang diberikan kepada siswa kelas X C SMA Angkasa Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) kemempuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa kelas X C SMA Angkasa Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 sebelum diterapkannya model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together masih tergolong belum tuntas; (2) kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa kelas X C SMA Angkasa Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together sudah tergolong tuntas; (3) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan sebelum dan setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together. Oleh karena itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together bisa meningkatkan kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa kelas X C SMA Angkasa Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Students cannot distinguish the forms of the Sundanese script and are still wrong in using rarangkén in the Sundanese script. This study aims to describe: (1) student’s ability to write the Sundanese script before applying the Numbered Heads Together learning model; (2) student’s ability to write the Sundanese script after applying the Numbered Heads Together learning model; and (3) the difference in the ability to write the Sundanese script before and after the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental study using pretest and posttest designs. The technique is a test given to class X C SMA Angkasa Bandung for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, a total of 34 students. The results of this study were: (1) the ability to write the Sundanese script for class X C SMA Angkasa Bandung in the 2022/2023 Academic Year before the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together learning model was still classified as incomplete; (2) the ability to write the Sundanese script for class X C SMA Angkasa Bandung in the 2022/2023 Academic Year after the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model is classified as complete; (3) there is a significant difference between the abilities before and after the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together learning model Therefore, it can be concluded that the Numbered Heads Together learning model can improve the ability to write the Sundanese script for class X C SMA Angkasa Bandung in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
