Abstract

EmotionaI inteIIigence is the abiIity to understand the feeIings of other individuals and the feelings of 0ther individuals, the ability to self-deed and organize all emotions that arise in self-defense and related to others or the environment. The family is the primary basis for education for children , so parents need to raise children as much as possible and determine the right parenting style for a child. There are several factors that affect .emotional intelligence, such as intercontributing factors and external factors. ln this study, the quantitative method was used to sample 21 parents with children aged 6 5 years old in the pit well village. Data collection techniques using tools. The review uses authentication, reliability, normality, liber regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 27.0 for Windows. The resuIts of the study suggest that there is an influence on parent parents in the emotional intelligence of children in early childhood. The results of the data analysis showed that the value of importance was less than 0.005, meaning 0.003<0.005l, so hipóthesis was acceptable in this study because the value of importance was less than 0.005, so there was an influence of parenting on the emotional intelligence of young children. The extent of parental influence on emotional intelligence on usía's first children, 38.5%, means that there is an influence of parenting on the emotional intelligence of the first children of usía
