Abstract
Warga negara memiliki kewajiban untuk menjaga kelangsungan dan kenyamanan lingkungan hidup. Namun dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari, ditemukan beberapa masalah terkait dengan keadaban warga negara terhadap lingkungan. Salah satu upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun keadaban kewarganegaraan terhadap lingkungan melalui Program Madrasah Educotourism di MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, pelaksanaan, faktor penghambat dan solusi, serta dampak Program Madrasah Educotourism terhadap pembinaan keadaban kewarganegaraan di bidang lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yaitu Program Madrasah Educotourism dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan, seperti program kelas mata pelajaran, madrasah peduli dan berbudaya lingkungan, budaya literasi, kampong pendidikan sumber bungur, dan produk ekologi. Pelaksanaan Program Madrasah Educotourism mampu memberikan peserta didik pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan partisipasi positif dan bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Hambatan yang dialami yaitu pertama pendanaan sekolah, solusinya dengan memanfaatkan produk ekologi. Kedua, kesadaran peserta didik, solusinya dengan memberikan reward kepada peserta didik yang berhasil mengikuti program dengan baik. Ketiga, adanya proyek pembangunan wilayah sekolah yang diselesaikan dengan solusi menutup sementara beberapa taman dan mengalihkan pembelajaran di taman belakang sekolah. Keempat, kesadaran wali siswa, solusinya dengan menjalin komunikasi dengan wali peserta didik terkait program madrasah. Hasil Program Madrasah Educotourism yaitu dalam bidang ekologi, edukasi, sosial, psikologi, dan ekonomi. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu pembentukan karakter peserta didik terhadap lingkungan. Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan akan bermuara pada pengembangan warga negara yang cerdas dan baik (smart and good citizen) khususnya dalam bidang lingkungan serta memberikan pengembangan bagi keilmuan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Kata kunci: educotourism, karakter, keadaban kewarganegaraan, lingkungan, warga negara Citizens have an obligation to maintain the continuity and comfort of the environment. However, in the practice of daily life, several problems were found related to the civility of citizens towards the environment. One of the efforts to overcome this problem is to build civic civilization towards the environment through the Educotourism Madrasah Program at MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan. This study aims to analyze the concept, implementation, inhibiting factors and solutions, as well as the impact of the Educotourism Madrasah Program on fostering citizenship in the environmental field. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the research are that the Madrasah Educotourism Program is carried out with several activities, such as subject class programs, madrasas that care and have an environmental culture, literacy culture, Bungur Education Villages, and ecological products. The implementation of the Madrasah Educotourism Program is able to provide students with knowledge, skills, attitudes and positive and responsible participation in preserving the environment. The obstacles experienced are the first is school funding, the solution is by utilizing ecological products. Second, student awareness, the solution is to provide rewards to students who successfully participate in the program well. Third, there was a school area development project which was completed with the solution of temporarily closing several parks and diverting learning to the garden behind the school. Fourth, awareness of student guardians, the solution is to establish communication with student guardians regarding the madrasa program.The result of the Madrasah Educotourism Program is in the fields of ecology, education, social, psychology, and economics. The implication of this research is the formation of students' character towards the environment. Pancasila and Citizenship Education will lead to the development of smart and good citizens, especially in the environmental field and provide development for Pancasila and Citizenship Education scholarship.
