Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai “Perkembangan PT.Pos Indonesia dan Implementasi Pelayanannya di Kantor Pos Tingkat Cabang (2015-2022)” Penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji mengenai PT.Pos Indonesia karena perusahaan jasa ini mampu berkembang di tengah perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern dan serba digital. Pos sudah bertahan selama 272 tahun. Zaman dulu Pos merupakan perusahaan jasa pengiriman satu-satunya di Indonesia,. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan PT. Pos Indonesia. Adapun masalah utama yang akan di bahas dalam skripsi ini adalah perkembangan PT.Pos Indonesia dan implementasi pelayanannya di tingkat cabang (2015- 2022) yang terbagi menjadi beberapa rumusan masalah, yaitu 1) Bagaimana sejarah singkat dari PT.Pos Indonesia? 2) Bagaimana perkembangan dari PT.Pos Indonesia dari tahun 2015-2022? 3) Bagaimana implementasi dari kebijakan dan pelayanan PT.Pos Indonesia di Kantor Pos Cabang Sarijadi Kota Bandung?. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan permasalahan tersebut menggunakan metode historis yakni: pengumpulan sumber, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yakni studi literatur dan wawancara. Hasil temuan dari Penelitian ini adalah Kantor Pos bergerak dan berkembang melakukan banyak inovasi agar relevan dengan kemajuan zaman dan mampu bersaing dengan kompetitornya, meskipun segala inovasi belum bisa menjawab semua tantangan organisasional, namun Kantor Pos telah berusaha untuk bertahan ditengah gempuran modernisasi kemajuan teknologi. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan, Kantor Pos, PT.Pos Indonesia This thesis is entitled "Development of PT.Pos Indonesia and the Service Implementation at the Branch Level of Post Office (2015-2022)". The author is interested in studying PT Pos Indonesia because this service company is able to develop in the midst of an increasingly modern and digital era. Indonesian Post Office has been around for 272 years. In the past, PT. Pos Indonesia was the only shipping service company in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the development of PT. Pos Indonesia. The main problem that will be discussed in this thesis is the development of PT.Pos Indonesia and the service implementation at the branch level of post office (2015-2022) which is divided into several problem formulations, there are 1) What is a brief history of PT. Pos Indonesia? 2) How is the development of PT.Pos Indonesia in 2015-2022? 3) What are the implementation of PT.Pos Indonesia policy and service in Sarijadi branch of Post Office?. The method that used to explain the problems are historical methods, consist of: source collection, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The research technique used is literature study and interviews. The findings of this study are that Indonesian Post Office moves and develops many innovations to be relevant to the times and is able to compete with its competitors, although all innovations have not been able to answer all organizational challenges, Kantor Pos has tried to survive in the midst of the onslaught and agression of modernization of technological progress and digitalization.
