Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, penggunaan beban non-linier telah merambah ke berbagai alat termasuk pada peralatan industri. Sistem kelistrikan PT. Chakra Tunggal Elektrindo memiliki beban industri beragam dan terdapat gangguan harmonisa arus berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang filter pasif single tuned pada objek penelitian sesuai besar nilai harmonisanya. Penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan pengukuran pada setiap phasa ketika dalam kondisi beroperasi dan istirahat kemudian dimodelkan dalam simulasi dengan Matlab Simulink. Hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya ketidakseimbangan beban serta adanya harmonisa arus yang melebihi batas standar IEEE 519-2014. Pemodelan sistem yang ditinjau menggunakan simulasi Matlab Simulink untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh setelah pemasangan filter pasif single tuned. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui filter pasif single tuned yang telah disimulasikan mampu menurunkan nilai harmonisa arus baik nilai IHDi maupun THDi pada masing-masing phasa sehingga sesuai standar IEEE 519-2014 kecuali pada phasa T kondisi istirahat. Phasa R kondisi operasi THDi diturunkan dari 8,72% menjadi 5,29% dan pada kondisi istirahat diturunkan dari 20,68% menjadi 7,89%. Phasa S pada kondisi istirahat THDi diturunkan dari 16,15% menjadi 6,08%. Phasa T pada kondisi operasi THDi diturunkan dari 19,21% menjadi 6,94% dan ketika istirahat diturunkan dari 44,09% menjadi 17,75%. filter pasif single tuned memang mampu menurunkan harmonisa arus yang terjadi namun juga masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Pada sistem kelistrikan juga masih terdapat ketidak seimbangan beban sehingga perlu adanya pemerataan pembebanan dan pengukuran ulang terhadap harmonisa pada kondisi beban seimbang. Along with the development of technology, the use of non-linear loads has spread to various tools including industrial equipment. Electrical system PT. Chakra Tunggal Elektrindo has various industrial loads that are relatively constant and there is excessive current harmonic interference. This research aims to design a single tuned passive filter on the research object according to the harmonic value. The research began by measuring each phase when in operating and resting conditions and then modeled in a simulation with Matlab/Simulink. The results of the measurements show the load imbalance and current harmonics that exceed the IEEE 519-2014 standard limit. The system modeling under review uses Matlab/Simulink simulation to see how much influence it has after installing a single tuned passive filter. From the results of this study it is known that the simulated single tuned passive filter is able to reduce the value of current harmonics for both IHDi and THDi values in each phase so that it complies with IEEE 519-2014 standards except for phase T resting conditions. Phase R operating conditions THDi decreased from 8.72% to 5.29% and at rest decreased from 20.68% to 7.89%. S phase in resting condition THDi decreased from 16.15% to 6.08%. Phase T under operating conditions THDi decreased from 19.21% to 6.94% and at rest decreased from 44.09% to 17.75%. Single tuned passive filters are indeed able to reduce the current harmonics that occur but also still have some drawbacks. In the electrical system there is also a load imbalance so it is necessary to equalize the load and re-measure the harmonics under balanced load conditions.
