Abstract
Peran sistem informasi di dalam kegiatan manajemen rumah sakit dapat membantu dalam proses pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Dalam penerapan SIMRS di RSUD Indramayu belum efektif dikarenakan dalam penerapannya sistem sering kali tidak bisa menginput data serta terdapat tidak keakuratan data, sehingga informasi yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan yang diinput. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi sistem informasi untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam penerapan sistem informasi. Dengan evaluasi ini dapat menilai tingkat keberhasilan dalam penerapan SIMRS RSUD Indramayu untuk mengetahui kesuksesan penerapan SIMRS agar dapat melakukan perbaikan atau pengembangan sistem yang lebih baik, sehingga SIMRS dapat mengelola pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan HOT-Fit Model dalam mengevaluasi keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS. Hasil pengaruh faktor human, organization dan technology mempunyai pengaruh dalam keberhasilan penerapan SIMRS dan hasil evaluasi SIMRS menggunakan HOT-Fit Model dapat disimpulkan bahwa 10 dari 30 responden menjawab sangat setuju sistem sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan dinilai cukup baik.

The role of information systems in hospital management activities can help in the process of health services in hospitals. In the application of SIMRS at Indramayu Hospital, it has not been effective because in its application the system often cannot input data and there is no data accuracy, so the information obtained is not in accordance with what is inputted. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the information system to determine the success in implementing the information system. With this evaluation, it can assess the success rate in the application of SIMRS at Indramayu Hospital to find out the success of the SIMRS implementation in order to make improvements or develop a better system, so that SIMRS can manage hospital health services optimally. This study used the HOT-Fit Model in evaluating the success of SIMRS implementation. The results of the influence of human, organizational and technological factors have an influence on the successful implementation of SIMRS and the results of the SIMRS evaluation using the HOT-Fit Model can be concluded that 10 out of 30 respondents answered very much agree with the system as expected and are considered quite good.
