Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Muna, Khozinatul. 2022. Analisis Penggunaan Pronomina es dalam Bahasa Jerman. Bandung. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman. Fakultas Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Pronomina es merupakan bagian dari kata bahasa Jerman yang merujuk pada sesuatu. Pronomina es dapat dibedakan berdasarkan fungsi dan sifatnya. Dalam Roman Sofabanditen karya Judith Kleinschmidt banyak sekali ditemukan kalimat yang mengandung pronomina es. Setiap pronomina es dalam kalimat memiliki arti, fungsi dan sifat yang berbeda. Dikarenakan banyaknya fungsi pronomina es terkadang pemelajar mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan rujukan dan membedakan fungsi pronomina es tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami 1) fungsi, 2) sifat dan 3) makna pronomina es bahasa Jerman yang terdapat dalam kalimat pada sumber data. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa: 1) Kalimat yang mengandung pronomina es dalam sumber data berjumlah 238 kalimat. 2) Pronomina es sebagai perujuk dalam sumber data terdapat dalam 71 kalimat dan bersifat wajib. Pronomina es sebagai tematik terdapat dalam 9 kalimat dan bersifat fakultatif. Pronomina es sebagai korelasi terdapat dalam 20 kalimat dan dapat bersifat wajib atau fakultatif. Pronomina es sebagai pelengkap subjek formal terdapat dalam 117 kalimat dan dapat bersifat wajib atau fakultatif, sedangkan pronomina es sebagai pelengkap objek formal terdapat dalam 21 kalimat dan bersifat wajib. 3) Makna kontekstual pronomina es memiliki beberapa padanan dalam kalimat yaitu ‘ia’, ‘dia‘, ‘-nya‘, ‘itu‘, ‘ini‘atau ‘hal itu‘. Selain itu, pronomina es juga merujuk pada makna substansial yang berkorelasi dengan anak kalimat dan pada beberapa fungsi makna es hanya dapat dipahami secara sintaksis. The functions and characters of the pronoun ‘es’ is distinguished. Many sentences in Judith Kleinschmidt's Roman Sofabanditen contain the pronoun ‘es’. Because of the numerous functions of the pronoun ‘es’, students may have difficulty determining references and distinguishing the functions of the pronoun ‘es’. The purposes of this research is to identify and understand 1) the functions, 2) characters and 3) meanings of German pronoun ‘es’ that found in data sources. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. The findings of this study revealed that: 1) There were 238 sentences in the data source that contained the pronoun ‘es’. 2) The data source requires the use of pronoun ‘es’ as a referrer are found in 71 sentences and is mandatory. The thematic pronoun ‘es’ are found in 9 sentences and is optional. The pronoun ‘es’ as a correlation are found in 20 sentences and are optional or mandatory. The use of pronouns ‘es’ as a complement to the formal subject are found in 117 sentences, which can be mandatory or optional. While the use of pronoun ‘es’ as a complement to the formal object are found in 21 sentences. 3) The contextual meanings of the pronoun ‘es’ has several sentence equivalents, including 'he,' 'his,' 'that,' 'this,' or 'that thing.' Furthermore, the pronoun ‘es’ refers to a substantial meaning that is correlated with clauses, and the meaning of es can only be understood syntactically for some functions.
