Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui identifikasi Gastronomi Tionghoa yang terdapat di Sudirman Street, daya tarik wisata Sudirman Street sebagai destinasi wisata Gastronomi Tionghoa di Kota Bandung, peran dan tanggapan Stake Holder terkait Sudirman Street sebagai destinasi wisata Gastronomi Tionghoa di Kota Bandung berdasarkan kriteria Gastronomi, serta tata letak, denah, dan Rute Perjalanan Kuliner di Sudirman Street. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah para stake holder (Salapan Cinyusu), dan Pengelola Sudirman Street. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, lembar observasi, lembar studi literatur, serta pedoman wawancara. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi Gastronomi Tionghoa yang terdapat di Sudirman Street, daya tarik wisata Sudirman Street sebagai destinasi wisata Gastronomi Tionghoa di Kota Bandung, peran dan tanggapan Stake Holder terkait Sudirman Street sebagai destinasi wisata Gastronomi Tionghoa di Kota Bandung berdasarkan kriteria Gastronomi, dan tata letak, denah, dan Rute Perjalanan Gastronomi di Sudirman Street yang menunjukan hasil baik. Kata kunci: Gastronomi, Tionghoa, Kota Bandung, Sudirman Street. ABSTRACT This study was made to determine the identification of Chinese gastronomy found in Sudirman Street, the tourist attraction of Sudirman Street as a tourist destination for Chinese gastronomy in Bandung, the role and responses of Stake Holders regarding Sudirman Street as a tourist destination for Chinese gastronomy in Bandung based on gastronomic criteria, as well as governance. location, floor plan, and Culinary Travel Route on Sudirman Street. This research uses the descriptive research method. The research subjects are the stakeholders (Salapan Cinyusu), and Sudirman Street management. The research instruments used to collect data in this study were questionnaires, observation sheets, literature study sheets, and interview guidelines. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are the identification of Chinese gastronomy located on Sudirman Street, Sudirman Street tourist attraction as a Chinese gastronomic tourist destination in Bandung City, the role and responses of Stake Holders related to Sudirman Street as a Chinese gastronomic tourist destination in Bandung City based on Gastronomic criteria, and governance location, floor plan, and Gastronomy Travel Route on Sudirman Street which shows good results.
