Abstract

Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa tunalaras dalam mengerjakan tugas di SLB E
Prayuwana Yogyakarta terbilang rendah. Siswa tunalaras seringkali menolak dan
mengabaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, baik berupa soal latihan di
sekolah maupun pekerjaan rumah. Persoalan ini masih dihadapi guru selama proses
pembelajaran, dan berdampak pada ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang telah
ditetapkan. Secara jangka panjang, permasalahan tersebut juga berdampak pada
hasil belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini teknik token ekonomi dipilih untuk diuji
cobakan dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa tunalaras dalam
mengerjakan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik
token ekonomi terdahap peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa tunalaras dalam
mengerjakan tugas. Peneliti mengaharapkan pemberian reward sebagai bagian dari
teknik token ekonomi akan mendrorong terbentuknya perilaku disiplin
mengerjakan tugas pada siswa tunalaras. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah single subject research dan menggunakan observasi sebagai
teknik pengambilan data dengan subjek yaitu satu orang siswa tunalaras kelas 8.
Hasil penelitian yang disajikan dalam bentuk grafik persentase menunjukan pada
fase baseline 1 tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas cenderung
menurun, namun setelah diterapkannya teknik token ekonomi pada fase intervensi,
tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas meningkat secara signifikan.
Pada fase baseline 2 tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas
menunjukan persentase yang stabil.

The student with emotional and behavior disorder (EBD) discipline rate in SLB-E
Prayuwana Yogyakarta is low. EBD students often refuse and neglect the duties
given by their teachers, whether school training or homework. The problem is still
encountered by teachers during the learning process, and has a bearing on the
reliability of the established learning tradition. In the long run, the problems also
affect students' learning.In this study the economic tokens are chosen to be tested
in an effort to enhance the dysfunction of EBD students. This research is aimed at
knowing the effectiveness of the techniques of advanced economic tokens
improved EBD student discipline in the task at hand. Researchers expect rewards
as part of the economic tokens technique to promote disciplinary behavior on EBD
students. Research methods used in this study are single subject research and use
observation as a data retrieval technique, with the subject of one student in the
eighth grade.Research presented in the form of a percentage chart suggests that the
baseline 1 level of discipline rate in the task tend to decline, but after the application
of the technical economic tokens on the intervention phase, a student's readability
in the task is significantly improved. At the baseline 2 level of student discipline in
task shows a steady percentage.
