Abstract

Topik permasalahan yang penulis angkat mengenai kurangnya disiplin dalam belajar siswa yang dapat di lihat dari keterlambatan mengikuti Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di Kelas. Di balik itu kurangnya kemampuan untuk bangkit kembali ketika mendapatkan kesulitan menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa masalah tersebut harus di kaji lebih dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari resiliensi dan disiplin belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan yang bagi sebagian siswa masih merasa kesulitan Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah 71 siswa Jurusan OTKP di SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Resiliensi dan Disiplin Belajar memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. Dengan demikian Prestasi Belajar setiap siswa dapat meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya resiliensi dan disiplin belajar siswa itu sendiri The topic of the problem that the researcher raised was regarding the lack of discipline in student learning which can be seen from the delay in participating in teaching and learning activities in class. Behind that, the lack of ability to bounce back when faced with difficulties is one of the reasons why this problem must be studied more deeply. This study aims to determine the description of resilience and student learning discipline towards learning achievement in Archival subjects which for some students still find it difficult. This research method uses an explanatory survey. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents were 71 students Majoring in OTKP at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The data analysis technique used simple regression. The results showed that Resilience and Learning Discipline had a significant influence on student achievement in Archiving subjects at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Thus the learning achievement of each student can increase along with the increasing resilience and discipline of the students themselves
