Abstract
SMA Negeri 9 Bandung merupakan salah satu sekolah di Kota Bandung yang ikut mengalami perubahan sistem pembelajaran akibat pandemi covid-19. Perubahan tersebut ternyata memengaruhi beberapa aspek dan kondisi pada kegiatan pembelajaran maupun siswa, salah satu aspek yang terlihat adalah adanya penurunan hasil belajar geografi oleh siswa kelas XI IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa dalam masa pandemi covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS. Adapun sampelnya berjumlah 120 yang diambil melalui teknik propotional random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan teknik kategorisasi dan korelasi pearson. Pengumpulan data tingkat kemandirian belajar diambil dengan kuesioner berbentuk skala likert, sementara hasil belajar dikumpulkan dari nilai rapor semester gasal untuk mata pelajaran geografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 110.5, (2) tingkat hasil belajar geografi siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 83 (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar geografi dengan derajat tingkat korelasi 0,224 atau berada pada tingkat korelasi rendah, (4) dan koefisien determinasi atau sumbangan faktor kemandirian belajar terhadap tinggi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa sebesar 5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. SMA Negeri 9 Bandung is one of the schools in the city of Bandung that has experienced changes in the learning system due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These changes in fact affect several aspects and conditions in learning activities and students, one aspect that is visible is the decline in geography learning outcomes by students of class XI Social Sciences. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between learning independence and student geography learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS. The samples were 120 which were taken through proportional random sampling technique. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using categorization and Pearson correlation techniques. Data collection on the level of learning independence was taken using a Likert scale questionnaire, while learning outcomes were collected from odd semester report cards for geography subjects. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the level of student learning independence is in the high category with an average score of 110.5, (2) the level of student learning achievement in geography is in the medium category with an average score of 83 (3) there is a significant relationship between student learning independence with learning outcomes in geography with a correlation level of 0.224 or being at a low correlation level, (4) and the coefficient of determination or the contribution of learning independence factors to the high and low student learning outcomes is 5% and the rest is influenced by other factors.
