Abstract

Siswa berkebutuhan khusus dapat mendaftar di sekolah mana saja di Kota Bandung, sesuai prosedur yang diatur dalam Peraturan Walikota No. 610 Tahun 2016 mengenai tata cara peserta didik baru. Tentu diperlukan kesiapan dari semua sekolah agar kebijakan tersebut dapat terlaksana secara optimal, terutama lagi guru yang berinteraksi langsung dengan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar siswa penyandang disabilitas di beberapa kecamatan di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian ini yaitu berupa deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri di 4 (empat) Kecamatan yang berada di Kota Bandung yaitu sebanyak 56 sekolah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Teknik Proportional Random Sampling sehingga didapati sampel sebanyak 14 sekolah dengan 32 guru penjas. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam pengajaran siswa penyandang disabilitas dalam persentase yaitu “sangat rendah” sebesar 0%, “rendah” 0%, “cukup” sebesar 9,4% (3 guru), “tinggi” sebesar 75% (24 guru), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 15,6% (5 guru). Kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar tingkat kesiapan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam pengajaran siswa penyandang disabilitas di Kota Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Students with special needs can enroll in any school in the city of Bandung, according to the procedures regulated in Mayor Regulation No. 610 of 2016 concerning procedures for new students. Of course, it takes readiness from all schools so that these policies can be implemented optimally, especially teachers who interact directly with students. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of readiness of physical education teachers in the implementation of the teaching and learning process of students with disabilities in several sub-districts in the city of Bandung. This research method is in the form of quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were public elementary schools in 4 (four) sub-districts in the city of Bandung as many as 56 schools. The sampling technique used is the Proportional Random Sampling technique so that a sample of 14 schools with 32 physical education teachers is found. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Analysis of the data using descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the percentages of physical education teachers' readiness in teaching students with disabilities were "very low" at 0%, "low" 0%, "enough" at 9.4% (3 teachers), "high" at 75% ( 24 teachers), and “very high” at 15.6% (5 teachers). The conclusion shows that most of the readiness levels of physical education teachers in teaching students with disabilities in Bandung are in the high category.
