Abstract

Permasalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa OTKP SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi yang diduga disebabkan oleh komunikasi persuasif guru. Laporan ini menyajikan temuan dari penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran komunikasi persuasif guru, gambaran motivasi belajar siswa dan pengaruh dari komunikasi persuasif guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilaukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 52 siswa OTKP di SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi. Karena metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ialah survei ekplanatori. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menampilkan bahwa variabel komunikasi persuasif terletak pada ketegori tidak efektif, diikuti dengan variabel motivasi belajar pada kategori sedang. Kemudian, analisis statistik inferensial menampilkan bahwa variabel komunikasi persuasif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi persuasif guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa OTKP SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi. The problem studied in this study is the low learning motivation of Office Administration Expertise students at SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi which is thought to be caused by the teacher's persuasive communication. This report presents findings from research that aims to determine the description of teacher persuasive communication, the description of student learning motivation, and the effect of teacher persuasive communication on student learning motivation. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 52 Office Administration Expertise students at SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi. Because the method used in this research is an explanatory survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the variable of persuasive communication lies in the ineffective category, followed by the variable of learning motivation in the medium category. Then, inferential statistical analysis shows that the variable of persuasive communication has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. It can be concluded that the teacher's persuasive communication significantly affects the learning motivation of OTKP students at SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi.
