Abstract

Teaching Factory (TEFA) merupakan model pembelajaran berbasis produksi atau jasa yang mengacu pada standar dan prosedur industri. Evaluasi perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara kondisi nyata dengan kondisi ideal dari TEFA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan model pembelajaran TEFA di SMKN 4 Garut khususnya pada unit produksi roti APHP. Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu evaluasi CIPP yang meliputi Context, Input, Process, Product. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan TEFA yaitu kepala sekolah, penanggung jawab TEFA, guru ahli bidang pengolahan, siswa kelas XII APHP SMKN 4 Garut, dan konsumen produk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian pelaksanaan model pembelajaran TEFA ditinjau dari komponen CIPP yaitu (1) komponen konteks termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai terhadap visi dan misi sekolah; (2) komponen input termasuk dalam kategori sesuai terhadap sarana prasarana dan SDM; (3) komponen proses termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran; (4) komponen produk termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai terhadap kompetensi siswa dan produk yang dihasilkan. Model pembelajaran TEFA ditinjau dari komponen CIPP umumnya telah terlaksana dengan baik, namun masih perlu meningkatkan hubungan kerjasama dengan industri, pengelolaan sumber daya, kegiatan pemasaran, dan inovasi produk. Kata kunci: CIPP, Evaluasi, Teaching Factory The Teaching Factory (TEFA) is a production or service-based learning model that refers to industry standards and procedures. Evaluation needs to be done to determine the suitability between the real conditions and the ideal conditions of TEFA. This study aimed to determine the implementation of the TEFA learning model at SMKN 4 Garut, especially in the bread industry APHP. The research model used is the CIPP evaluation model, which includes context, input, process, product. The subjects of this study are parties that are involved in the implementation of the TEFA, including the principal, the person in charge of TEFA, an expert teacher in the field of processing, the XII students who are majoring in APHP at SMKN 4 Garut, and product consumers. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed the implementation of the TEFA learning model based on the CIPP component, namely (1) the context component, was included in the category very much in accordance with the school's vision and mission; (2) input components are included in the category according to infrastructure and human resources; (3) the process component is included in the category that is very suitable for learning activities; (4) product components are included in the category that is in accordance with the competence of students and the resulting product. The TEFA learning model based on the CIPP component has generally been implemented well, but requires improvement in cooperative relations with industry, management of resources, marketing activities, and product innovation.
