Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah: Model pembelajaran bagaimanakah yang dapat memberikan siswa pengalaman langsung dalam suasana industri di sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam mata pelajaran Produktif, Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan? Tujuan penelitian: 1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi pembelajaran Produktif; 2) Menemukan desain model pembelajaran ,yang dapat memberikan siswa pengalaman langsung dalam suasana industri di sekolah; 3)Menemukan model implementasinya; 4) Mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya; dan 5) Memperoleh data empiris tentang efektivitas model. Metode yang digunakan R&D dengan subjek penelitian siswa dan guru produktif kelas XI dan XII SMKN 6 Bandung. Pengembangan model dilakukan dalam empat tahapan yaitu: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan, ujicoba dan validasi model.Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dan dihasilkan Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory 6 Langkah (Model TF-6M). Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Pembelajaran di SMKN 6 Bandung cukup berhasil karena sebagai RSBI, dan sarana prakteknya terstandar sebagai TUK; 2) Sebagian guru bersertifikat guru profesional, asesor, dan berserti fikat keahlian teknis BNSP; 3) FGD mengungkapkan bahwa guru produktif meyakini ModelTF-6M dapat dikembangkan dan diaplikasikan. Hubungan dengan konsumen dan kepercayaan industri sudah berkembang positif; 4) Praktisi industri meyakini model ini sebagai terobosan dalam mengimbangi perkembangan kemajuan industri, agar sekolah tidak terkungkung dengan rutinitas kurikulum; 5) Pengambil kebijakan diharapkan mendukung implementasi ujicoba model ini. Rekognisi kepala sekolah akan berjalan baik karena didukung oleh fasilitas dan SDM yang mumpuni. Model TF-6M hanya memerlukan kebijakan kepala sekolah; 6) Dukungan sangat penting adalah antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti Model TF-6M, baik pada ujicoba maupun uji validasi. Model TF-6M efektif meningkatkan: kompetensi siswa, softskill, hardskill, etos kerja, motivasi dan tanggungjawab siswa. Siswa lebih menyukai Model TF-6M dibandingkan model konvensional. Direkomendasikan kepada sekolah dan direktorat PSMK sebagai bahan kebijakan, Model TF-6M dapat diaplikasikan secara bertahap dan terpadu dengan uji kompetensi dalam blok waktu yang cukup, dan sekaligus sebagai pengganti Prakerin. LPTK-PTK dapat melakukan pengkajian secara mendalam model ini melalui penelitian, seminar dan perkuliahan sehingga model ini dipahami para mahasiswa calon guru professional, yang diharapkan menjadi implementator Model TF-6M. The main problem in this research is: what kind of learning model that can give students direct experience in the industrial atmosphere in the school to improve the competence of students in productive learning, Technical Skills Competency engineering? The purpose of the study: 1) Identify the learning conditions in Productive subjects; 2) Find a design model which can give students direct experience in the industrial atmosphere in the school as a learning model alternative; 3) Find a model of implementation; 4) Identify the supporting and obstructing implementation factors; and 5) Obtaining the empirical data about the learning model’s effectiveness.The method used in this experiment is R & D. The subjects were teachers and students of class XI and XII.The model’s development applied in four stages: preliminary study, development, testing and validation model.Teknik data analysis using both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, and produced a teaching factory six steps learning model or TF-6M Model. The results showed: 1) The learning in SMKN 6 Bandung considered quite successful because as RSBI, the practice facilities are standardized as TUK; 2) Most teachers have been certified as professional teachers, assessors, and technical expertise BNSP certificate. 3) The FGD revealed that education productive teacher believe the TF-6M models can be developed and applied. Relationship of trust between consumers and the industry has been developed positively; 4 Industry practitioners believe that this model is a breakthrough in balancing the development of industrial progress, so schools are not stuck with curriculums routine. 5) Policy makers are expected to support this model's implementation. Principal's recognition will work fine because they are supported by facilities and qualified human resources. TF-6M model requires only the principal's policy. 6) the very important support is the student’s enthusiasm to follow the TF-6M model, both at experiment and validation test. Model results show that TF-6M effective in improving the student’s competence, soft skills, hard skills, work ethic, motivation and responsibility. Student prefer TF-6M model than using the conventional learning model. Recommended to schools and policy directorate PSMK as materials, that model TF-6M can be applied gradually and integrated with the competency test within a sufficient block of time, and functioning as Prakerin substitute. LPTK-PTK can conduct in-depth review of this model through research, seminars and lectures, so this model is understood the students' professional teacher candidates, who expected to be the implementer Model TF-6M.
