Abstract
Berkenaan dengan belum terkendalinya pandemi Covid-19 ditambah banyaknya pendamping PKH di seluruh Indonesia dengan jumlah penyelenggara yang terbatas menjadi sebuah tantangan dalam melakukan pelatihan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting sehingga pelatihan yang dimungkinkan terjadi di era pandemi ialah menggunakan model e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1)Pengkondisian awal, (2)Alur kegiatan, (3)Peran Instruktur dan (4)Aktivitas dan produktivitas peserta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: kasi TKSM,panitia,widyaiswara, peserta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: pengkondisian awal yang melibatkan beberapa komponen sudah saling melengkapi. Proses pembelajaran dengan model e-learning sudah sesuai dengan konsep dan rencana pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan menutup pembelajaran. Instruktur sudah memberikan performa terbaik dalam mengemban tugasnya untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan minat belajar peserta. Dengan menggunakan model e-learning peserta lebih aktif dan produktif dalam pembelajaran karena dituntut untuk fokus dan berdiskusi sesuai dengan topik pembahasan. Selain itu, penggunaan model e-learning membuat kegiatan pembelajaran dinilai fleksibel. Kata kunci : model e-learning, kesiapan belajar, proses pembelajaran IMPLEMENTATION OF E-LEARNING MODEL IN STUNTING PREVENTION AND HANDLING TRAINING AT BBPPKS REGIONAL II BANDUNG (Case Study Batch 7 Batch 1 at BBPPKS Regional II Bandung) By : Dwi Agustina 1703802 ABSTRACT With regard to the uncontrolled Covid-19 pandemic plus the number of PKH facilitators throughout Indonesia with a limited number of organizers, it becomes a challenge in conducting stunting prevention and handling training so that training that is possible in the pandemic era is using the e-learning model. This study aims to describe: (1) initial conditioning, (2) activity flow, (3) the role of the instructor and (4) participant activity and productivity. This research uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. The informants in this study were: the TKSM head, committee, widyaiswara, participants. Data collection techniques used are: observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study: preconditioning involving several components was complementary. The learning process with the e-learning model is in accordance with the concepts and learning plans including preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. Instructors have given their best performance in carrying out their duties to foster motivation and interest in learning for participants. By using the e-learning model, participants are more active and productive in learning because they are required to focus and discuss according to the topic of discussion. In addition, the use of the e-learning model makes learning activities considered flexible. Keywords: e-learning model, learning readiness, learning process
