Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Garut. Permasalahan yang dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu belum tercapainya hasil belajar yang optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu minat pemilihan jurusan, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kesesuaian minat pemilihan jurusan, gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar, gambaran tingkat hasil belajar, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat pemilihan jurusan dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajarpada siswa kelas XI OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada responden. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Garut. Ukuransampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 88 responden. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat kesesuaian minat pemilihan jurusan berada pada kategori tinggi, gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, dan gambaran tingkat hasil belajar berada pada kategori cukuptinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil bahwa minat pemilihan jurusan dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. ; This research was conducted on students of class XI OTKP at SMK Negeri 1 Garut. The problem studied in this study is that optimal learning outcomes have not been achieved. This research consists of three variables, namely interest in choosing majors, learning motivation, and learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to describe the level of suitability of interest in choosing majors, describe the level of learning motivation, describe the level of learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of interest in choosing majors and learning motivation on learning outcomes in class XI OTKP students at SMK Negeri 1 Garut.This study uses a survey method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Respondents in this study were students of class XI OTKP at SMK Negeri 1 Garut. The number of samples in this study were 88 respondents. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the description of the level of suitability of interest in the selection of majors is in the high category, the description of the level of learning motivation is in the high category, and the description of the level of learning outcomes is in the sufficient category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that interest in choosing majors and learning motivation had a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes.
