Abstract

PPSDM Geominerba sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis karena berperan sebagai lembaga yang berfungsi meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya aparatur. Pada tahun 2021 PPSDM Geominerba melaksanakan Pelatihan Dasar CPNS sebanyak 20 angkatan yang dilakukan secara online, yaitu Distance Learning dalam keadaan darurat.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan (reaction) peserta terhadap program Pelatihan Dasar CPNS di PPSDM Geominerba dan hasil belajar (learning) peserta diklat setelah selesai mengikuti Pelatihan Dasar CPNS di PPSDM Geominerba. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 92 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi evaluative yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survey melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis deskriptif sehingga menghasilkan deskripsi mengenai reaction dan learning yang berdasarkan pada hasil pengolahan data. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa jawaban responden dapat mencerminkan populasi. Hasil penelitian pun menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan dan hasil belajar peserta diklat sangat baik. Program pelatihan yang di selenggarakan oleh PPSDM Geominerba berjalan sesuai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kata kunci: reaction, hasil belajar, PPSDM Geomierba EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BASIC TRAINING CPNS PPSDM GEOMINERBA ABSTRACT PPSDM Geominerba as an educational and training institution that has a very strategic position because it acts as an institution that functions to improve the quality of apparatus resources. In 2021 PPSDM Geominerba will hold 20 batches of CPNS Basic Training conducted online, namely Distance Learning in an emergency.This research was conducted to find out how the participants' reactions to the CPNS Basic Training program at PPSDM Geominerba and the learning outcomes of training participants after completing the CPNS Basic Training at PPSDM Geominerba were. The sample used in the study amounted to 92 people with purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted with an evaluative study that uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques through questionnaires given to training participants to collect the required data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis so as to produce a description of the reaction and learning based on the results of data processing. The results of the significance test show that the respondents' answers can reflect the population. The results of the study also showed that the responses and learning outcomes of the training participants had very good criteria. The training program organized by PPSDM Geominerba is running according to the objectives that have been set. Keywords: reaction, learning, PPSDM Geominerba
