Abstract

ABSTRACT The spread of COVID-19 has had a major impact on the world of education in Indonesia. The education system is changing, adapting to the conditions that occur. For almost two years the implementation of learning was carried out online, until finally the government issued a Joint Decree of 4 Ministers which contained Guidelines for the Implementation of Face-to-Face Learning (FTF) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The application of blended learning is one of the solutions implemented by schools as a learning model that can be applied during the COVID-19 pandemic because it combines online learning with face-to-face learning using a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection techniques were carried out through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies that have been carried out. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of blended learning in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Serang City in history subjects, starting from planning to implementation. To carry out blended learning, the teacher plans to prepare an RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) which is adapted to the implementation of online learning with face-to-face learning. The planning process is made based on the applicable curriculum, competency standards, basic competencies (KD), learning objectives, as well as media and learning methods that will be applied during the learning process. In the implementation of blended learning, SMA Negeri 2 Serang City separates the the implementation of online learning from face-to-face learning and utilizes the Microsoft Teams application as a learning support medium, especially in the implementation of online learning. Although in its implementation there are obstacles that are felt by teachers and students, all existing obstacles can be overcome by the teachers, students and schools quite well. So that the learning objectives can be carried out as expected. Keyword: Blended Learning, History Learning, Microsoft Teams
