Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan kompetensi pedagogik Guru PAI pada masa pandemi. Untuk membedah fokus tersebut, pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan terhadap guru PAI di SMAN 1 Pamanukan yang digali melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian direduksi, didisplay,dan diverifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui; Satu, kemampuan guru PAI dalam mengelola pembelajaran pada masa pandemi sudah cukup bagus. Dua, pembelajaran pada masa pandemi di SMAN 1 Pamanukan mengikuti peraturan Mendikbudristek bahwa Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT) dapat dilaksanakan dengan jumlah peserta didik setengah dari kapasitas ruang kelas. Tiga, tantangan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMAN 1 Pamanukan ketika pandemi yaitu dalam memilih metode pembelajaran, pelatihan pembuatan RPP tidak diadakan setiap tahun, kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa, siswa kurang beradab, banyak siswa yang tidak mengumpulkan tugas, guru tidak mengetahui tempat tinggal siswa jadi ketika guru akan membuat kelompok berdasarkan tempat tinggalnya susah untuk menentukannya, siswa yang tidak memiliki fasilitas belajar digital, tidak fokus dalam pengerjaan ulangan, tidak langsung mengumpulkan tugas, guru kurang mengetahui potensi siswa, dan kurangnya waktu ketika ujian praktek. Keempat, solusi dari tantangan atau kendala tersebut yaitu dengan cara melakukan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui kagiatan sosialisai IHT (In- House Training). Kata Kunci : Guru PAI, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Pandemi This study aims to explore the challenges of PAI teachers' pedagogic competence during the pandemic. To dissect the focus, a qualitative approach with the case study method was used for PAI teachers at SMAN 1 Pamanukan which was explored through interviews, observations, and documentation, then reduced, displayed, and verified. Based on the research results, it is known; One, the ability of PAI teachers in managing learning during the pandemic is quite good. Two, learning during the pandemic at SMAN 1 Pamanukan followed the regulation of the Minister of Education and Technology that Limited Face-to- face Learning (PTMT) could be carried out with the number of students half the capacity of the classroom. Three, the challenges of the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers at SMAN 1 Pamanukan during the pandemic, namely in choosing learning methods, training in making lesson plans is not held every year, lack of student motivation, students are less civilized, many students do not collect assignments, teachers do not know where students live so when the teacher will make groups based on where they live it is difficult to determine, students who do not have digital learning facilities, do not focus on rework, do not immediately collect assignments, teachers do not know the potential of students, and lack of time for practical exams. Fourth, the solution to these challenges or obstacles is by increasing the pedagogic competence of teachers through IHT (In-House Training) socialization activities.
