Abstract

ABSTRAK Wana Wisata Ranca Upas adalah salah satu daya tarik yang diprioritaskan dan masuk ke dalam daerah strategis pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja daya tarik wisata di Wana Wisata Ranca Upas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survey. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah mengunjungi Wana Wisata Ranca Upas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah perception�expectation dengan alat ukur Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan matriks yang menghasilkan 4 kuadran dengan tingkat prioritas berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini menganggap seluruh aspek Tingkat Kepentingan yaitu keaslian, keragaman, keunikan, kemenarikan, kebersihan, dan keamanan sangat penting dengan skor 6825 dan seluruh indikator Tingkat Kinerja baik dengan skor 6001. Hasil dari 4 kuadran dari metode IPA dapat digunakan pengelola untuk mengetahui kondisi daya tarik wisata di Wana Wisata Ranca Upas yang dinilai sudah baik oleh wisatawan dan dapat melakukan perawatan serta perbaikan secara berkala.

ABSTRACT Wana Wisata Ranca Upas is one of the priority tourist attractions and is included in a strategic tourist area. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of importance and performance of tourist attractions in Wana Wisata Ranca Upas. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who had visited Wana Wisata Ranca Upas. The data analysis technique used is expectation-perception with an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) measuring instrument with a matrix that produces 4 quadrants with different priority levels. The results of this study consider all aspects of the level of importance, namely authenticity, diversity, uniqueness, attractiveness, cleanliness, and security, which are very important with a score of 6825 and all performance indicators are good with a score of 6001. Out of 4 quadrants, the IPA method can be used by managers to determine the condition of power. a tourist attraction at Wana Wisata Ranca Upas which is considered good by tourists and can carry out maintenance and repairs on a regular basis.
