Abstract
Kelugasan tuturan Dr. Tirta sebagai tenaga kesehatan dalam menyampaikan informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 di kanal Youtube Tirta PengPengPeng bertagar #suaratirta memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh perkembangan informasi dan edukasi Covid-19. Penyampaian informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 digunakan Dr. Tirta dengan menunjukkan konsep wajah sebagai citra diri untuk memenuhi strategi kesantunan berbahasa agar mencegah adanya tindak tutur yang mengancam wajah sehingga informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 dapat diterima oleh mitra tutur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan masalah utama dalam penelitian ini: (1) bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi dalam penyampaian informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 di kanal Youtube Tirta PengPengPeng, (2) bentuk strategi kesantunan berbahasa dalam penyampaian informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 di kanal Youtube Tirta PengPengPeng, dan (3) penerapan strategi kesantunan berbahasa dalam penyampaian informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 di kanal Youtube Tirta PengPengPeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan bantuan pendekatan pragmatik melalui teori (1) tindak tutur ilokusi berdasarkan klasifikasi menurut Searle, dan (2) strategi kesantunan berbahasa berdasarkan klasifikasi menurut Brown & Levinson. Penelitian ini memiliki 60 data tuturan Tirta Mandira Hudhi atau Dr. Tirta dari 5 sumber video di kanal Youtube Tirta PengPengPeng. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa teknik dokumentasi, simak, dan catat. Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan temuan bahwa tuturan Dr. Tirta cenderung menggunakan strategi langsung melalui penekanan tindak ilokusi direktif, ekspresif, asertif, dan deklarasi dalam penyampaian informasi dan edukasi Covid-19 untuk memuaskan muka mitra tutur dengan menyatakan secara jelas dan terang-terangan demi kepentingan mitra tutur yang dapat digunakan atas latar belakangnya sebagai dokter medis yang berkaitan dengan kekuasaan. The straightforwardness of Dr. Tirta as a health worker in delivering Covid-19 information and education on Tirta PengPengPeng's Youtube channel with the hashtag #suaratirta makes it easy for the public to obtain information and education about Covid-19. Delivery of Covid-19 information and education is used Dr. Tirta by showing the concept of a face as a self-image to fulfill politeness strategies in language to prevent speech acts that threaten the face so that information and education on Covid-19 can be received by the hearer. This study aims to describe: (1) the category and function of illocutionary speech act in delivering Covid-19 information and education on Tirta PengPengPeng's Youtube channel, (2) the category of politeness strategies in the language in delivering Covid-19 information and education on the Tirta PengPengPeng's Youtube channel (3) the practice of politeness strategies in the language in delivering Covid-19 information and education on Tirta PengPengPeng's Youtube channel. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the help of a pragmatic approach through the theory of (1) illocutionary speech acts based on Searle's classification, and (2) politeness strategies in language based on Brown & Levinson's classification. This study has 60 data on the speeches of Tirta Mandira Hudhi or Dr. Tirta from 5 video sources on Tirta PengPengPeng's Youtube channel. The data collection techniques are used in the forms of documentation, listening, and note-taking techniques. This study succeeded in getting the findings that the speeches of Dr. Tirta tend to use Bald on-record strategies through emphasizing directives, expressives, assertives, and declarations of illocutionary acts in delivering Covid-19 information and education to satisfy the face wants of the hearer by stating clearly and openly in the interests of the hearer who can be used on his background as a doctor medicine related to power.
