Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 mempengaruhi sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, metode pembelajaran yang semula dilakukan secara offline menjadi online, hal ini menuntut guru untuk melakukan perubahan dalam proses belajar mengajar yang juga berpengaruh terhadap self determination siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai self determination (relatedness, autonomy, competence serta dinamika, profil, dan faktor) siswa sekolah dasar pada pembelajaran online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menemukan inti dari permasalahan pembelajaran online. Kajian penelitian ini menggambarkan profil, dinamika, dan faktor pembelajaran online, dengan memiliki tujuan yang akan menganalisis self determination siswa sekolah dasar. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang siswa Sekolah Dasar. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa dinamika, profil dan faktor ketiga siswa beragam hambatannya dalam pembelajaran online dimasa pandemi ini yaitu (1) masalah kuota, jaringan, jenuh, bosan, serta kurang paham (2) Kurang Bimbingan belajar orang tua dikarenakan dengan kesibukan aktifitas kerjanya (3) adanya kesadaran siswa terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Pada proses ini terjadi berbagai dinamika masalah yang dirasakan oleh siswa dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran online. Sehingga dengan terbiasanya melakukan perubahan proses belajarnya siswa dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan proses pembelajaran, sehingga medapatkan solusi yang baik dalam proses belajarnya yang membuat adanya peningkatan. Relatedness, Autonomy, Competence menjadi sumber self determination bahwa dengan menggunakan cara tersebut sehingga siswa ini dapat menemukan solusi atau cara dalam memahami problem pada proses pembelajaran online. The COVID-19 pandemic affects the education system in Indonesia, the learning method that was originally done offline becomes online, this requires teachers to make changes in the teaching and learning process which also affects student self-determination. This study aims to analyze the self-determination (relatedness, autonomy, competence and dynamics, profiles, and factors) of elementary school students in online learning. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study method to find the core of online learning problems. This research study describes the profile, dynamics, and factors of online learning, with the aim of analyzing the self-determination of elementary school students. Collecting data in this study using interviews. The research participants consisted of three elementary school students. The findings show that the dynamics, profiles and factors of the three students have various obstacles in online learning during this pandemic, namely (1) problems with quotas, networks, boredom, boredom, and lack of understanding (2) Lack of parental tutoring due to busy work activities (3 ) students' awareness of the surrounding environment. In this process there are various dynamics of problems felt by students in carrying out the online learning process. So that by getting used to making changes to the learning process students can adapt to changes in the learning process, so that they get a good solution in the learning process that makes an improvement. Relatedness, Autonomy, Competence are sources of self-determination that by using this method, these students can find solutions or ways to understand problems in the online learning process.
