Abstract

Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid merupakan Lembaga keagamaan yang telah mengimplementasikan SMM ISO 9001 : 2015 dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dari banyaknya aktivitas bisnis yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan pengetahuan yang lebih luas terkait bagaimana peranan Audit Mutu Internal yang berstandar ISO 9001: 2015 di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif (studi dokumentasi). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam Penerapan ISO 9001: 2015 di Yayasan Daarut tauhiid yang dilihat dari ketercapaian sasaran mutu yang ditetapkan sudah berada dalam kategori efektif. terlihat dalam persentase indicator KPInya yang sudah mendekati sasaran mutu dan ketercapaian visi misi yang ditetapkan . Adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan SMM diantaranya adanya komitmen manajemen dan tim yang solid dalam menerapkan SMM yang berlaku, adanya support anggaran dalam pelaksanaan SMM, dan pendokumentasian yang lengkap sehingga tindakan perbaikan dapat dilakukan dengan jelas dan terarah. Faktor utama yang menghambat pelaksanaan SMM yaitu SDM yang selalu berubah-ubah sehingga kinerjanya dan kompetensinya kurang maksimal, namun solusinya adalah diberikan pelatihan secara rutin dan intens. Gambaran audit internal di Yayasan Daaarut Tauhiid sudah terimplementasi demnagn baik dan sistemasit dengan mengacu pada ISO 9001 : 2015. Sehingga audit internal yang dilaksanakan berdampak positif terhadap efektifitas pelaksanaan SMM yang ada di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid, karena dapat mengidintefikasi teuman dan melakukan tindakan perbaikan dengan cepat dan tepat. Daarut Tauhiid Foundation is a religious institution that has implemented QMS ISO 9001: 2015 with a focus on improving service quality from the many existing business activities. The purpose of this research is to obtain extensive information and knowledge related to the role of Internal Quality Audit with ISO 9001:2015 standard in Daarut Tauhiid Foundation. This research was conducted at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation (Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid). This research used a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach (documentation study). Data collected from this study was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation, which is seen from the achievement of the quality targets set, it has achieved effective category, determined from the percentage of key performance indicators that are close to the quality targets and the achievement of the established vision and mission. The supporting factors for the implementation of the QMS include the commitment of management and a solid team in implementing the current QMS, budget support in the implementation of the QMS, and complete documentation so that corrective actions can be carried out in a clear and directed manner. The main factor that hinders the implementation of QMS is employees that are always changing so that their performance and competence are not optimal, but the solution is to be given routine and intensive training. Overall, the internal audit activity in Daarut Tauhiid Foundation has been implemented properly and systematically following the ISO 9001: 2015. This results in a positive impact of the internal audit activity on the effectiveness of the QMS implementation at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation because it can identify problems and take corrective actions quickly and efficiently.
