Abstract
ABSTRAK Pendidikan inklusi merupakan salah satu program pendidikan yang menyediakan program pendidikan non-diskriminatif bagi peserta didik penyandang disabilitas. TK Al-Muhajirin, Cilegon merupakan salah satu lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan dengan program inklusi. TK Al-Muhajirin mengimplementasikan kurikulum pendidikan inklusi dengan cara yang terstruktur dan sistematis sehingga layak dikaji lebih lanjut sebagai acuan bagi lembaga PAUD lain. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum pendidikan inklusi di TK Al-Muhajirin, Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah, guru pembimbing khusus dan koordinator inklusi di TK Al-Muhajirin, Cilegon, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap perangkat kurikulum. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan implementasi kurikulum pendidikan inklusi di TK Al-Muhajirin meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, hingga tahap evaluasi kurikulum tersebut agar tujuan pendidikan inklusi tercapai. Personil pelaksana kurikulum inklusi di TK Al-Muhajirin, Cilegon ini antara lain koordinator inklusi, guru pembimbing khusus dan psikolog. Tim inilah yang bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum, hingga proses evaluasi kurikulum tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini direkomendasikan bagi lembaga PAUD inklusi dan peneliti selanjutnya. ABSTRACT Inclusive education is one of the educational programs with the aims to provide non-discriminatory educational programs for students with disabilities. TK Al-Muhajirin, Cilegon is one of the Early Childhood Education institutions that provides education with an inclusive program. Al-Muhajirin Kindergarten implements an inclusive education curriculum in a structured and systematic way so that it deserves further study as a reference for other PAUD institutions. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of the inclusive education curriculum at Al-Muhajirin Kindergarten, Cilegon. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews with school principals, special supervising teachers and inclusion coordinators at Al-Muhajirin Kindergarten, Cilegon, as well as documentation studies of curriculum devices. The results of the research show that the implementation of the inclusive education curriculum at Al-Muhajirin Kindergarten includes the planning stage, implementation in learning activities, to the evaluation stage of the curriculum so that the goals of inclusive education are achieved. The personnel implementing the inclusion curriculum at Al-Muhajirin Kindergarten, Cilegon include the inclusion coordinator, special supervisor teachers and psychologists. This team is responsible for planning the curriculum, implementing the curriculum, and evaluating the curriculum. Thus, this research is recommended for inclusive PAUD institutions and future researchers.
