Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 sampai saat ini belum berakhir dan masih berlanjut walaupun sudah terkontrol, Pandemi ini masih menimbulkan banyak dampak, salah satu contohnya adalah lemahnya proses interaksi atau kerja sama antara siswa, siswa tidak terlalu memiliki ikatan pertemanan yang baik, berbeda jauh dengan masa-masa saat sebelum adanya pandemi. Peran guru penting dalam membangun kerja sama siswa agar kembali seperti sedia kala, salah satu caranya adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa melatih dan mengembangkan kerja sama. Kondisi rendahnya kerja sama siswa dapat terpecahkan melalui Cooperative Learning tipe STAD yang dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa dengan pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif dan menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memecahkan masalah keterampilan sosial khususnya bekerja sama pasca PJJ pada siswa kelas VIII-H. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-H SMP Negeri 44 Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini setelah diterapkannya Cooperative Learning tipe STAD menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kerja sama siswa yang cukup signifikan dari sebelum dilakukan tindakan dan setelah dilakukan tindakan. Indikator capaian tertinggi siswa adalah indikator nomor 3, 6, dan 9 dengan perolehan 90%, kemudian indikator capaian terendah ada pada nomor 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, dan 9 dengan perolehan 70%. Dalam meneliti menggunakan metode Cooperative Learning tipe STAD ini memang banyak hambatannya, namun sebagai seorang guru harus membangun suasana kelas dengan baik, kemudian mampu mengetahui celah-celah yang harus diperbaiki selama pembelajaran berlangsung, dan yang utama adalah guru harus mampu memberikan pengaruh baik kepada siswa dalam belajar, baik itu ketika belajar mandiri atau pun bekerja dalam kelompok. This pandemic still causes many impacts, one example is the weak process of interaction or cooperation between students, students do not really have good friendship bonds, which is much different from the times before the pandemic. The teacher's role is important in building student cooperation so that it returns to normal, one way is by implementing learning that can help students train and develop cooperation. The condition of low student cooperation can be solved through STAD type Cooperative Learning which can increase student cooperation with active, innovative, creative and fun learning. The purpose of this study was to solve the problem of social skills, especially cooperation after PJJ (distance learning) in class VIII-H students. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII-H of SMP Negeri 44 Bandung. The results of this classroom action research after the implementation of the STAD type Cooperative Learning showed a significant increase in student cooperation after the action was taken. The highest achievement indicators of students are indicators number 3, 6, and 9 in which the result is 90%, then the lowest achievement indicator is at number 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, and 9 in which the result is 70%. In researching using the STAD-type Cooperative Learning method, there are many obstacles, however, a teacher must build a good classroom atmosphere, then must be able to find out the gaps that must be corrected during learning, and the main thing is that the teacher must be able to give a good influence to students in learning when studying independently or working in groups.
