Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perkembangan dan faktor yang berpengaruh dalam perkembangan daya tarik wisata di Kawasan Bandung Utara yang kemudian digambarkan dalam peta sebaran dan pola persebaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode historis atau sejarah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi pustaka dan pencarian internet. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis konten atau isi dan juga mengadaptasi dari teknik analisis pohon permasalahan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya tarik wisata. Penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil temuan dari fakta-fakta yang berupa elemen dan fenomena menyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor dasar yang mempengaruhi perkembangan daya tarik wisata di Kawasan Bandung Utara yaitu; aksesibilitas, akomodasi, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta kebijakan pemerintah yang menjadi pemicu perkembangan daya tarik wisata di kawasan tersebut. Hasil mengenai pola persebaran yang digambarkan melalui peta sebaran dan pola persebaran menunjukan bahwa sebaran daya tarik wisata yang terjadi di Kawasan Bandung Utara bergerak secara acak ke arah tengah kawasan serta mendekati pusat keramaian kota yang ditunjang oleh pembangunan infrastruktur dan aksesibilitas. Saran yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa penelitian mengenai sejarah perkembangan daya tarik wisata dan pola persebarannya harus lebih ditelaah lebih lanjut oleh para akademisi, dikarenakan masih kurangnya literatur mengenai sejarah berkembangnya pariwisata khususnya di Indonesia yang patut diperhatikan. This study aims to identify developments and factors that influence the development of tourist attractions in the North Bandung Area which are then described in a distribution map and distribution pattern. The method used is a historical or historical method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using literature study techniques and internet searches. The analysis technique used is content analysis and also adapts the problem tree analysis technique to find out the factors that influence tourist attraction. The conclusion is based on the findings of the facts in the form of elements and phenomena stating that the basic factors that influence the development of tourist attractions in the North Bandung Area are; accessibility, accommodation, information and communication technology, as well as government policies that trigger the development of tourist attractions in the area. The results of the distribution pattern depicted through the distribution map and distribution pattern show that the distribution of tourist attractions that occur in the North Bandung Area moves randomly towards the center of the area and approaches the center of the city crowd, which is supported by infrastructure development and accessibility. The suggestions generated in this study are that research on the history of the development of tourist attractions and their distribution patterns should be further studied by academics, because there is still a lack of literature on the history of tourism development, especially in Indonesia, which deserves attention.
