Abstract
Peserta didik membangun konsep/pengetahuannya sendiri dan datang ke kelas dengan konsepsi yang mungkin selaras ataupun sebaliknya terhadap konsepsi ilmiah. Peneliti umumnya menggunakan tes diagnostik untuk mengukur profil konsepsi dan model mental peserta didik tentang berbagai konsep pembelajaran fisika. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan four-tier test pada konsep getaran harmonis sederhana yang valid dan teruji untuk mengidentifikasi profil konsepsi dan model mental peserta didik SMA. Salah satu konsep fisika yang terdapat pada silabus dan dipelajari di tingkat SMA pada Kurikulum 2013 khususnya pada kondisi khusus pandemi Covid-19 adalah getaran harmonis sederhana. Topik ini sangat berkaitan erat dengan fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan seperti ayunan bandul dan pegas. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods. Pengumpulan data pada metode ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, kemudian menggabungkan dua bentuk data tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah rata-rata skor IVI sebesar 0,90, skor MNSQ dan ZSTD dalam rentang penerimaan dan layak digunakan; reliabilitas soal memiliki kategori istimewa; Alpha Cronbach memiliki kategori bagus sekali; tingkat kesukaran soal diperoleh sebaran soal yang merata pada setiap kategori tingkat kesukaran soal; daya pembeda soal memiliki kategori sangat baik; Profil konsepsi peserta didik memiliki rata-rata kemampuan di atas rata-rata tingkat kesulitan soal. Sedangkan kondisi model mental peserta didik memiliki kondisi yang kurang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa four-tier test yang dikembangkan memiliki konstruksi yang valid, reliabel, tingkat kesukaran yang beragam, dan dapat membedakan peserta didik dengan kemampuan rendah dan tinggi. Students construct their own concepts/knowledge and come to class with their conceptions, which may or may not be in same with scientific conceptions. Researchers generally use diagnostic tests to measure the conception profile and mental models of students about various concepts of physics. The research objective to be achieved in this research is to produce a four-tier test on the simple harmonic motion that is valid and tested to identify the conception and mental model profile of high school students. One of the physics concepts contained in the syllabus and studied at the high school level in the Curriculum 2013 in Indonesia, especially in the special conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, is simple harmonic motion. This topic is closely related to phenomena that occur in life, such as pendulum and springs. The method used is mixed methods. Data collection in this method is carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The results obtained are an average IVI score of 0.90, MNSQ and ZSTD scores are in the acceptance range and are suitable for use; the reliability of the questions has a special category; Cronbach Alpha has a very good category; the level of difficulty of the questions obtained an even distribution of questions in each category of the level of difficulty of the questions; the discriminatory of the questions has a very good category; Conception profiles of students have an average ability above the average level of questions difficulty. While the profile of the mental model of students has a poor condition. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the four-tier test constructions has a valid, reliable, various levels of difficulty, and can distinguish students with low and high abilities.
