Abstract
Di Indonesia pasar industri susu sapi dalam negeri masih terbuka karena produksi dalam negeri hanya dapat memenuhi 20% saja dari total permintaan susu segar pada tahun 2020 untuk industri pengolahan susu tercatat sebanyak 3,95 juta ton susu segar. Dan terjadi juga peningkatan pada investasi industri pengolahan susu yang tumbuh sekitar 4% . Namun potensi industri pengolahan dan produksi susu terancam oleh adanya isu lingkungan. Sudah menjadi konsesus ilmiah bahwa peternakan yang menjadi tempat produksi utama susu segar bertanggungjawab setidaknya sekitar 14,5-16,5% atas emisi gas rumah kaca dan diperkirkan menyebabkan degradasi lingkungan yang signifikan dari hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati hingga deforestasi. Ditambah hasil survei yang menunjukan 53% generasi muda khawatir akan kerusakan lingkungan di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan karena untuk menjadi langkah awal untuk memberikan gambaran proses kinerja Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) di suatu organisasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Balaced Scorecard dan Analytic Network Process untuk mengukur kinerja GSCM dari organisasi bisnis. Dan menggunakan teknik wawancara, kesioner, dan studi literatur untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menjadikan Koperasi Peternak Sapi Bandung Utara (KPSBU) Lembang sebagai subjek penelitiannya yang akan diukur kinerja GSCM-nya. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja rantai Pasok hijau di KPSBU Lembang sudah tercapai target kinerjanya namun jika dilihat secara perspektif KPI masih ada 4 KPI yang belum tercapai kinerjanya dan harus diperbaiki. In Indonesia, the domestic cow's milk industry market is still relatively open because domestic production can only meet 20% of the total demand for fresh milk in 2020 for the milk processing industry, which is recorded at 3.95 million tons of fresh milk. And there was also an increase in investment in the milk processing industry, which grew by about 4%. However, the dairy processing and production industry is threatened by environmental issues. It is a scientific consensus that livestock which is the main source of fresh milk production is responsible for at least 14.5-16.5% of greenhouse gas emissions and is estimated to cause significant environmental degradation from loss of biodiversity to deforestation. Plus the survey results which show 53% of the younger generation are worried about environmental damage in Indonesia. The research was conducted because it is the first step to provide an overview of the performance process of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in a business organization. This study uses the Balanced Scorecard and Analytic Network Process models to measure the GSCM performance of business organizations. And using interview techniques, questionnaires, and literature studies for data collection. This study makes the North Bandung Cattle Breeders Cooperative (KPSBU) Lembang as the research subject whose GSCM performance will be measured. The results in this study indicate that the performance of the green supply chain at KPSBU Lembang has achieved its performance target but if viewed from a KPI perspective there are still 4 KPIs whose performance has not been achieved and must be improved..
