Abstract
Permasalahan penelitian ini berangkat dari gambaran minat mahasiswa program studi kependidikan dalam memilih profesi guru akuntansi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara survei dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar dan pelaksanaan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2017 FPEB UPI secara parsial dan simultan. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi 2017 yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran mata kuliah kependidikan dan melaksanakan PPL di semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik penyebaran angket yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dengan jumlah 72 mahasiswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi sederhana dengan hasil terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0,288 dan PPL sebesar 0,510. Artinya, hubungan Prestasi Belajar terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi guru akuntansi tergolong rendah dan hubungan PPL terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi tergolong sedang. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa Prestasi Belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi. Sedangkan, pelaksanaan PPL berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2017 FPEB UPI. Selain itu, hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan bahwasanya Prestasi Belajar dan PPL berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi secara simultan. Koefisien Determinasi menghasilkan nilai sebesar 4,98% dan 23,82%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Prestasi Belajar dan PPL hanya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 4,98% dan 23,82% terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi, sedangkan sisanya 71,20% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. The problem of this research went from the representation of educational student interest in choosing accounting teacher as their profession. This research was done by a survey with descriptive verification method. This research aims to discover the influence of field experience program (PPL) on student interest in becoming an accounting teacher in acc education student FPEB UPI. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents that is all accounting education students class of 2017 which has been studied education course and carried out PPL in the first semester year of 2020/2021. The questionnaire technique used is saturated sample which all population become a sample, total 72 sutudents. The Data analysis used is simple correlation analysis with study achievement results 0,288 and PPL results 0,510. It means, the correlation between Study Achievement on student interest on becoming an accounting teacher categorized as low and the correlation between PPL in student interest on becoming an accounting teacher categorized as medium. The T-test research result showed that Study Achievement has not influence on student interest in becoming an accounting teacher. Meanwhile, the implementation of Field Experience Program (PPL) has influence on student interest in becoming an accounting teacher in accounting education student FPEB UPI. Then, the F-test research results showed that Study Achievement and PPL has influence on student interest in becoming an accounting teacher simultaneously. As for coefficient of determination results 4,98% and 23,82%. This means that Study Achievement and PPL only give an influence by 4,98% and 23,82% on student interest in becoming an accounting teacher and the rest 71,20% is influenced by other factors.
